WPS-II GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR US CITIZEN PERSONNEL
Be at least 21 years of age at the time of hiring.
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license issued from a state within the US. Possess and maintain a valid passport granted by the Department of State. In the case of military service, any separation must have been under honorable conditions, if applicable. In the case of specific human intelligence threat Posts, the person must meet the minimum requirements as identified by the customer. Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance/public trust certification, as required by the customer. Meet or exceed all applicable position/labor category requirements as detailed in the customers Statement of Work. Note: Armed guard/protective security experience earned prior to 18 years of age are not creditable toward meeting position/labor category experience requirements. Prior to beginning training, submit to and receive a negative result on drug and steroid testing. Successfully complete the training qualification and re-qualification proficiency requirements with the weapon(s) required by their respective position/labor category, as detailed in customers Statement of Work. Any accommodations (e.g., glasses, hearing aids, prostheses, etc.) required to successfully complete training must be used in the performance of duties for the duration of employment on the contract

Be at least 21 years of age at the time of hiring. Possess and maintain a valid local (i.e., in-country where duties are to be performed) or international drivers license, if required by the TO. TCNs - possess and maintain a valid passport granted by their country of origin. As appropriate, must provide documentation showing a satisfactory service record (i.e., a copy of the applicable military service document and translation of that same document into English). TCNs - successfully pass a background investigation in order to be granted the required TO public trust certification and maintain such certification. The selection of TCN personnel from high fraud risk countries may cause difficulties in obtaining interim/final public trust certifications. LNs successfully pass a DS/RSO interview, background investigation, and/or polygraph examination and be approved by DS/RSO at the TO performance location. Meet or exceed all applicable position/labor category requirements as detailed in Section 2 of this Attachment and the applicable TO. The Contractor shall not consider armed guard/protective security experience earned prior to 18 years of age for the purposes of meeting position/labor category experience requirements. Prior to beginning training, shall submit to and receive a negative result on drug and steroid testing as specified in C.10.2.2.5 of this contract.
