    You are a consultant who helps companies get their technology under control to support
    the goals of the business.
    1. What are the strategic goals of Perla del Nord? Create a 1-2 page pitch to the owners of
    the Pizzeria - Perla del Nord to grow the business according to their strategic goals by
    improving their EA. What EA framework do you pitch? Why? (25 pts)
    2. Create a Business Capability Map for Perla del Nord. (25pts) Use citations.
    3. Create 4 EA principles for Perla Del Nord that you will follow in the design of their EA.
