For poor achievers provide worksheets for the topics
where the students have difficulties.

The difficulty areas are identified from the first monthly
test paper analysis

Questions will be taken from Edexcel GCE and Pearson
Edexcel International other relevant papers ( example:
CIE , Salters, Nuffield, AQA etc)

The questions selected will be of different levels of
thinking, such as application, recall, comprehension,
investigation, deduction and calculations.

Worksheets will be prepared by the department teachers
and approved by the leading teacher at least 3 days in
advance.

Review and feedback

There will be at least 1 review meeting per week
(Wednesday, 17.00 hrs during co-ordination), where the
contents for the upcoming week will be discussed and a
follow up of the previous week will be done.

Progress of the students will be monitored by giving
questionnaire at the start of the coaching session at the
beginning of the session and revision test
.
Students will be given a feedback on their progress.

Time and venue

The coaching sessions will take place in the resource
room (chem. Lab) after school hours.

Thursday of a week from 16.00 -18.00 hrs
Saturday morning from 9 to 11 Hrs

and weakness will be taken into account in the planning
of the next weeks lessons.

small revision test during weekends

Program progress will be monitored based on students
results and these results will be shared with the top
management in the SMT meetings held every week.
