(vi) An affidavit, stating truly and accurately, that no criminal proceedings or proceedings for professional
misconduct were ever instituted against you in any Court of law.
(vii) An affidavit explaining the reason of gap, if any between examinations and training after passing the
LL.B Examination.

PLEASE READ THE NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND PREPARE
DOCUMENTS ACCORDINGLY

1. Rule-35 Form A duly filled-in by the Applicant. All the question made there in must be answer
properly. No column should be left blank.

2. Rule-36(i) Certificate on Form B from the senior regarding the completion of your training. The dates
of commencement and completion of training must be mentioned correctly in accordance with
Intimation Form. The Official Rubber Stamp of the senior must be stamped on certificate.

3. Rule 36-d A duly sworn affidavit on stamp paper (Rs. 20/-) stating inter-alia the following facts.

(i) No criminal proceeding or professional misconduct proceeding were ever instituted or are pending
adjudication against the Applicant in or outside Pakistan.
(ii) The date and years of passing of Academic Qualifications from Matriculation to LL.B examinations.
(iii) An explanation with regard to the considerable gaps, if any, in between his/her .academic
examinations and joining of Pupilage.
(iv) The during the period of his/her pupilage the Applicant was not engaged in any business,
profession, vocation or service. If the Applicant was engaged in any service prior to the
commencement of pupilage, he/she should explain the nature of service and submit a certificate
from competent authority showing the date of joining the service and the date of leaving the same
with reasons thereof. If engaged in business the Applicant should explain the nature of his/her
engagement therein and the fate of the said business duly supported by documents and that
he/she was not declared bankrupt or insolvent any other Document/Certificate showing his/her
engagement in any other Profession or Vocation.

4. Rule 36-e DETAIL OF PAYMENTS.
The following payments are to be deposited with HABIB BANK LTD, Court Road Branch, Karachi or
authorized branches of Habib Bank in Sindh province in accounts as mentioned against each amount
a) Rs. 700/- in favour of SINDH BAR COUNCIL on prescribed Yellow Challan.
towards Enrolment fee, license fee & Verification of Degrees.
b) Rs. 100/- In favour of Sindh Bar Council toward Identity Card fee A/c No. 4685-2.
c) Rs. 200/-In favour of PAKISTAN BAR COUNCIL on their prescribed white challan form.
d) Rs. 500/- In favour of Sindh Bar Council Building Fund A/c No: 5222-0.
e) Rs. 3000/- In favour of Sindh Advocate Benevolent Fund on prescribed Form.
f) In addition to the amount of Rs. 3000/- towards Benevolent Fund as mention above a trainee advocate
joining the profession shall also pay.

i) Rs. 10,000/-up to the age of 30 years. ii) Rs. 15,000/- up to the age of 35years,
iii) Rs. 20,000/-up to the age of 40 years. iv) Rs. 30,000/- up to the age of 45years,
v) Rs. 45,000/-up to the age of 50 years. vi) Rs. 70,000/- up to the age of 55years,
vii) Rs. 150,000/-up to the age of 60 years. viii) Rs. 200,000/- above the age of 60 years.

5. Rule-36F An Undertaking that you will become the member of your District Bar Association within
one month after your enrolment.

6. Rule-36-g List of atleast ten cases assisted by you to your senior giving, (i)Case No.,(ii) Name of
Parties (iii) Nature of case, (iv) Law involved. (v) Detailed facts of the case, (vi) Stage of the case and to
whom you represented. The list of cases must be signed by your senior

7. Rule 36-h 6 (Six latest Photographs passport size) in Court dress.

i) Rule 36 (b) duly attested Photostat copies of (a) Matriculation Certificate (showing the date of birth),
(b) Intermediate Certificate or Mark Sheet (c) B.A B.Sc/B.Com & LL.B degrees from University, the
Photostat copies should also be signed by you' and your senior as TRUE COPY
(ii) Rule 36-c Two Character Certificates obtained from Senior Advocates having ten year standing at
the Bar on their letter heads or atleast with rubber stamp, showing the date of enrolment &
Registration Number (i.e. Benevolent Fund Leger Number of Sindh Bar Council) other than your senior.
