ECIWO Biology

and Bio-Holographic Acupuncture

Summary
ECIWO stands for
"Embryo

biological discipline that has been developed in
China. lt is based on the hypothesis that living
otganisms have a mosaic structure, being composed
of parts that have embryonic properties and contain
information rclating to the whole oganism. ECIWO
biology is being applied to different lields of the life
sciences, includinE medicine. It explains the
acupuncture microsystems and gives a new
scientific basis for the study ol acupuncture. A new
nicro-system of acupuncture based on the second
netacarpal is described.
Key words
Acupuncture, Ear acupuncture, ECIWO biology,

At The I nt ernat i onal Congress of ECI WO Bi ol ogy i n
Singapore 1990 a few cases of cancer treated by

largest
Sroup
was from Zhu Xizhang ef a/. of the
Worker's Hospital, Liaocheng District and The
lnstitute of ECIWO Biology of Shandong University.
Of the 2,000 cases they had treated wjrh bio
hol o8raphi c acupunct l rre t here were 16 cases of
beni gn and mal i gnant t umors. As regards t he
therapeutic effect, they write:
"On
the one hand, the method can inhibit the
pain, vomit and hiccup, increase appetite, and
alleviate the symptoms for cancers at the later
stages, the curative effect is quick and reliable, the
remission rate of symptoms was 100yo; on the other
hand, after tteatment, some tumors, especially
benign tumors, apparently reduced." (3)
The l i mi t ed cl i ni cal experi ence wi t h t hi s met hod

vations. The symptomatic effect and improvement in
well being of even neaFterminal cases of metastatic

biology is one of the most impoftant events in the
history of biology in this century. It will brin] about
a conceptual change in our uncle$tanding of the

the development of biology and medicine,
especially upon the modernization of traclitional
medicine such as ftaditional Chinese Medicine. ....
.... Today ECIWO biology is widely applied to
medicine, zoology, botany, Chinese herlcal
medicine, hotticulture, palaeontologv

and some other realms. ... More than Bo kinds of
diseases in 20,000 cases have been trcated and the
rate of effectiveness is over 90/o. Bio-holographic
