The payment schedule of Shubhkamna City is given below:-
1 At the Time of Booking 10% of sale price
2 30 days from the date of Booking 10% of sale price
3 60 Days from the date of booking 20% of sale price
4 On completion of structure 30% of sale price
5 On offer of possession 30% of sale price + OTC
Cheque will be in favour of Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.
Note:
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretion of the company.
No escalation shall be charged for apartment sold.
The above area is super built-up area, which includes covered areas plus proportionate share of common
area such as staircase, community space, lift facilities, mumties etc.
Plans, layout, sizes, specifcations are subject to change/modifcation as may decided by the company/
architect or any other competent authority.
Booking is subject to detailed terms and conditions as given in buyers agreement.
Registrations, stamp duty charges and any other taxes extra as per government norms.

The company and its agents do not endorse any kind of credit notes.
