Kindly Email me urgently the pdf file [not word] of your thesis submission repo
rt along with annextures of drawings, data,etc. [what you submitted on 12/12/12]
. Subject of your mail should be written as code-name-thesis topic. As you are a
ware the thesis research class was asked to stop by most of the studio faculty i
n the last one month, there are lacunas in most of the work who finalized their
topics towards the end. As I am travelling, I need to go through all the reports
and give my professional feedback to students who has worked extensively on the
subject as well as to the system. Kindly write two paragraphs when you mail me
the report,
1. Why you want to pursue the specific topic and
2. Why you want to change the topic [if so]
This is also the last chance for the students who have not submitted their repor
ts. Please I need to upgrade the evaluation at urgent basis.


I have also forwarded the thesis topics to Prof.Rajan few weeks back as he has b
een the final authority on Thesis Topics & allocation of guides. After the last
thesis semester [June'2012], in fact I had requested him that I would like to ta
ke Thesis Report for upcoming semester sothat all the discussion of topics could
be done during the semester along with the collection of data & theoretical bac
kground [area of concerns,hypothesis,research question,etc.] & finalization of t
opics-sothat the students can utilize the vacation time before the Thesis Semest
er for the necessary data collection, site field study, acquiring of drawings,et
c. I had observed lot of mis management during the last semester and that has be
en the sole intention to streamline the process with whatever professional exper
tiese available. I hope the purpose has been fulfilled to some extent.

At personal note, I sincerely request you, that thesis is your own thought and n
ever dilute the same cause the intensity lies in your own domain totally. Kindly
give your best as the work produced is considered as best by the professional w
orld as well as academic. It is important that you rate yourself first and then
allow others to do so. I wish you all the best and I am always there to guide yo
u, as we all know it was an enriching experience discussing the thesis topics co

P.S.Do feel free to mail/call for any professional query also I do have soft/har
d copies of data collected during last two Urban Design Studios [copies will be
kept in library once everything is collected], if anybody wants to refer it, kin
dly ask for it. Data should be used and exchanged [with credits]. For any other
technical help, you can also contact the present UD studio students as I have ta
ught them most of the methods of representation/analysis,etc. If anything partic
ular, let me know- I will forward you the right references within the class.
