at BPI Ayala II Branch (Basement), for the purpose of accommodating the
Corporations Funds and to facilitate efficient transactions.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Corporation hereby authorizes EVA
BRUGGEMAN, and/or JEROME BODINEAU, to sign, execute and deliver all
documents, including, but not limited to, the bank account application and
signature cards, to implement the foregoing resolution.
