INTRODUCTION
Logic Reboot group is an Indian company headquartered in New Delhi. It is a
very new player in the market of smartphones but has the backing of
ANDROID ONE project by GOOGLE.
Logic Reboot was founded by Syed Sameer Bin Hilal in 2012. This company
will be functioning in the field of android smartphones and android wearable
devices.

ANDROID ONE project by GOOGLE
The Android One Project is an initiative by GOOGLE to help the local
manufacturers to build better, cheaper smartphones that will enable people in
emerging markets to effort to participate in the information revolution.
One piece of android one plan is to compile up-to-date lists of tech specs for
affordable smartphones.
India and China are one of the emerging markets for smartphone users and
there are millions of users who are not able to meet the prices of the BIG
MOBILE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES, hence for these emerging
markets ANDROID ONE PROJECT is one of the apt project initiated by
GOOGLE.

This Project is initiated by GOOGLE because of the popularity and increase in
the market share of android phones for the past several years and they
understand the issue everyone is facing as they have to buy android phones with
lower specifications and not up to date software and these phones become
obsolete within a span of 3 to 6 months and not everyone will be able to buy a
new $100 to $200 (INR Rs. 6000 to 12000) smartphone every 6 months. So that
is why this project is initiated by GOOGLE and even the software update of
these phones will be handled by GOOGLE.



About The Product (LR 100) aka ORRIX
After few years of research and analysis Logic Reboot has come out with its
first major device named ORRIX (LR 100). This smartphone will run on
android software and will be available in the month of November and December
2014. This smartphone will be only launched in India and that to firstly in the 4
metropolitan cities i.e. in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. This
smartphone will come under the category of Android One devices and will be
available with best in class hardware and up to date software which will be from
Google and the device will continue to receive updates via OTA (Over the Air).

Apart from all these specifications which are just numbers and if these numbers
do not translate in actual world performance then there is no use of having these
specifications. These are POINTS of PARITY that are basically required from
ay smartphone.
But apart from this Logic Reboot was being working with ONE MORE
THING and that is

SUPERCAPACITOR BATTERY (SCB)
Supercapacitor Battery is one of its kind. When we talk about smartphones and
battery we all know that till date there are very few phones that can offer great
battery life. And what is the benefit of having a great smartphone with bad
battery life so that you cannot even use it for half a day and all you need to do is
carry either a wall charger or a battery case or a power bank.
But according to Logic reboot all these things are old school and we came out
with a solution of its own. We have built the SCB to overcome this chronic
problem and give the users a unique experience. This SCB in a laymans
language has the property of both the battery and a capacitor.
As we know that capacitor are storage devices just like a battery and these
devices stores energy and energy is what runs the smartphones. But capacitors
are energy storage devices that stores the energy almost 10 times as quickly as a
battery but the sad part is that is loses the energy at the same rate only. So we at
logic reboot combined the good part of both the capacitor and the battery and
created the SCB and now with the brilliant property of both the capacitor and
the battery, our devices battery can fully charge itself in under 7 minutes.
That means the users do not have to charge their phones which traditionally will
take 100 minutes or more for a 3000 Mah battery to charge it will only take less
than 7 minutes. And from the discharge point of view it will discharge at the
same rate in which a 3000 Mah Lithium ion battery will discharge. In this way
our smartphone ORRIX (LR 100) will provide a unique experience for our
consumers to enjoy the smartphones for longer periods of time rather than just
plugging it in the wall charger for half of the day.

More over the SCB are very environmental friendly as they are solid state
devices and not made up of lithium ion batteries and the SCB are not prone to
warming that is even long period of time wont heat up the battery like the
traditional batteries get heat up and along with that these SCB are flexible that is
we can mould it the way we want but it wont lose its solidity.

COMPANY ANALYSIS
Goal The main objective as for now (in reference to the ORRIX) is to sell at
least 2 million units across the 4 metropolitan cities.
Strengths The strengths of our company is that we have a very young,
energetic, innovative and hardworking bunch of professionals who are willing
to give all they have in order to succeed in the field of mobile technology.
Market Share As of now this is the first product Logic reboot is launching in
the 4 metropolitan cities so the market share is ZERO but as this product will
also come under the ANDROID ONE products so for that the market share is
9.6% in the 4 metropolitan cities.

CUSTOMER/MARKET ANALYSIS



So from the above graph we can see the number of android users for the past 2
years in major cities in India and if we sum up for the 4 metropolitan cities we
can see that almost 30 million users are the and the ANDROID ONE project
is serving only 9.6% of that 30 million that is 2.88 million.

TYPES OF CONSUMERS/SEGMENTATION/TARGET



From the above two surveys conducted by Edison research on January 2014
shows smartphones are used mostly by the population in the age bracket of 18-
24 and 25-34 for the past 2 years. These are as we say the young generation of
E- Generation people because almost all of them are connected to the
magnificent world of the internet. This shows that the smartphone market is
segmented in a way that the people in the age bracket of 18 to 34 have more
smartphone users than any other segment and also the needs of these
smartphone users are the same that is they want to use their smartphones for
longer period of time. The users are very dependent on the smartphones which
either let them help in doing some tasks or performs the tasks.
So the main aim of LOGIC RRBOOT is to TARGET these users and provide
them the unique features of our product ORRIX with its brilliant battery at a
very affordable price.

As we are working in the lower price bracket smartphones our main competitors
here are as follows
1. MICROMAX: - Recently MICROMAX replaced SAMSUNG as the
number one smartphone manufacturer in India so this company is the
main and the toughest competitor to our company.

From the above table we can conclude that our company Logic Reboot is
providing one of the best smartphone in its price bracket and with a great
battery life which any other company in this price bracket wont be providing.
And along with the backing of ANDROID ONE project our company also
ensures updates for the next 6 quarters that is 18 months which again no other
company will be providing.
Also we can see the stiff competition we are getting is from the Chinese
manufacturer XIAOMI but since we are an INDIAN brand and also with a price
which is almost INR 3000 less than that of XIAOMI we might have the cutting
edge here also.
