Pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Wireless Mobile Devices LLC
(WMD) and Defendants Sprint Solutions, Inc. and Sprint Spectrum L.P. (collectively Sprint)
hereby stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all claims asserted by WMD against Sprint in
this action, and to the dismissal without prejudice of all counterclaims asserted by Sprint against
WMD in this action, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.
