any available DB2 Import statement.

variables.

dragging input files beyond the edge of the visible work area.

statement for all conditions that are set during record
definition.

successfully increased.

the display of results have been improved.
* ACL now successfully exports logical fields to Microsoft Excel.

date field, and provides the user with the opportunity to correct
the data source before continuing.

problems with ACL Projects located on network drives.

ACL for OS/390 server-based data.

--------------------- April 2002 - Version 7.2 -----------------------
This release contains the following corrections and improvements:
* The Relations command has been redesigned to manage relations in
a graphical, drag-and-drop window. Key fields are now
automatically indexed when relating files.
* The Cross Tabulate command lets you perform multi-dimensional
analysis. By cross-tabulating character fields, you can produce
various summaries, accumulate numeric fields, and produce results
in a file, table, or graph.
* In a batch, you can now use the Graph parameter to send command
output to a graph, which you can then print or save to an image
file.
* You can now rotate 3-D layered graphs by clicking the Rotate
Graph buttons or by rolling the wheel button on a mouse.
Previously, you could rotate pie charts only.
* From the Data menu, you can now choose a data source type and
location, which lets you skip the first Data Definition Wizard
screens.
* A new option in the ACL Preferences allows you to skip certain
Data Definition Wizard screens to allow flat files to be defined
manually.
* A Many-to-many join option has been added to the Join command.
Using Join, you can now also presort and apply an If test to the
secondary file.
* In the ACL Client/Server System, you can now directly access tape
data on a mainframe using ACL for Windows.
* The new View option of the Export command exports the fields in
the current view in the order in which they are displayed.
* When you right-click a column in the View window, a new Quick
Sort option in the shortcut menu lets you sort the view by any
column.
* With the new Quick Filter option on the shortcut menu, you can
create or add to a view filter based on selected fields in the
view.
* The new RECOFFSET() function returns a field value from another
record. You can use RECOFFSET() in a computed field to compare
field values between different records in a file.
* The Directory command lists the contents of a specified drive,
similar to the DIR command in DOS.
* The command log now uses color coding to improve readability. The
first command of a session is red, subsequent commands are blue,
and command results are black.

results in improved performance. The Max RAM setting in ACL
Preferences is no longer required and has been removed.
