What You Can Do:
When printing reports, performance issues cause delays of
up to several hours.
Printing
Avoid hitting the print button multiple times, which further delays processing of the
report. It may also help to process reports at off-peak times--early morning and
evening, when possible.
If the user is both a manager and teacher s/he will need to toggle their role to the
teacher role in the top left corner of the screen to view classes. In these cases,
selecting the class name, class grade, and refresh will show the class. It will not
show the class if they keep the role as manager.
If the user is both a district and class teacher, we've seen cases where student
lists do not load after selecting the class name, class grade, and clicking the
refresh button. However, their role covers all students in the district so they can still
access their students. For this workaround, they should select the school and
grade fromtheir respective menus before clicking the refresh button.
Browser-based and Mobile scoring has been disabled for
Phoneme Segmentation, Spanish Syllable Segmentation,
and Spanish Syllable Reading in order to investigate a
reported issue.

These assessments can be administered via paper/pencil, and the scores
manually entered into the system.
In the Score view, cannot scroll to the bottomof the student
list, preventing score entry for the last student on the page.

On the printed Benchmark Distribution Report , the score
does not display for the Nonsense Words measure.

students are not visibleI. OST can assist the account to roster these students via
import or provide a list of students afftected for developer escalation. The
developer will update the enrollment record, the students will become accessible,
and the account will need to roster the students via the aimsweb system.
Secondary Teachers sharing a School Manager role are
unable to view their classes.

The user needs to switch fromthe manager to the teacher role in the upper left
hand corner of the header.
Managers cannot filter to specific classes in the Benchmark
View. The systemis being updated to allow managers to
view classes fromthe My Classes filter of the Students
selector when a school is selected in the District/School
selector in the global header.

Managers may have a class teacher role added, then set up as a secondary
teacher in the classes he/she wants to view. Then, he/she can use the Role
Selector beside the username in the global headers to switch between the roles
and view the classes.
Manually adding users is slow due to a severe performance
delay.

There is a known defect that is being resolved. We have found that after selecting

along with the new scores will display.
The Export function is experiencing performance issues,
and has been disabled pending a fix.

We recommend the user setup an alternate email e.g., Google, Yahoo, etc., that
does not contain dashes, until the issue is resolved.
User profile updates are not saved. User Profile September R2.3.2 Contact OST for developer intervention.
When importing users, you cannot edit their information via
the Users tab of the Manage area.

Be aware that with the tool that Tech Support or OST use to view your account,
they will see roles grayed out even if the manager user can actually update them.
In the rare cases where users cannot actually edit roles, please send provide OST
with screenshots and the desired user role information. They will work with a
developer to update the user role via database script.
Performance delay when manually creating classes. User Interface October R2.4.0 Use the Roster template of the import to create classes.
The transfer button does not enable when attempting to
transfer students fromthe Students area of Manage.

First be aware that the transfer button is disabled if no students are selected or if
students frommultiple grades are selected. If still not working, students can be
rostered via import. Tech Support/OST can also escalate to a developer to update
records via database script.
Custombenchmark periods do not work on the mobile
application.

M-CAP score entry: Raw Scores cannot be edited. This
means that itemlevel responses cannot be entered if a total
score has already been entered.
