REQUISITOS TCNICOS

Ciertos requisitos se deben cumplir para garantizar que los exmenes Certiport se apliquen
en un entorno coherente, seguro y apropiado.

1.- Si la institucin cuenta con aplicaciones de seguridad para su red interna ya sea un
proxy o firewall, necesita configurar los siguientes parmetros para dar acceso al
software para aplicar los exmenes en lnea.

A continuacin se despliega un listado con los parmetros de configuracin.

engaged at the beginning of an exam. If the Testing Center's security
software (firewall, antivirus, anti-spyware, etc.) is not configured to allow
this program the same rights as Internet Explorer to access the internet, you
may experience:
o A white screen when the exam attempts to start.
o The tutorial loads and works but some or all of the exam content does not
load

Note:If the internet is accessed through an authenticating proxy server and
the system is not configured to automatically pass credentials to it, you will
experience the symptoms listed above.

INSTALACIN DE SOFTWARE Y CONFIGURACIN


2.- Despus que se ha realizado la configuracin de forma correcta y se cuenta con acceso
a los puertos necesarios para que se conecte el software para exmenes en lnea
procedemos a la instalacin y configuracin en cada uno de los equipos con ayuda del
responsable del aula de computo. Para esto es necesario realizar los siguientes pasos:



1) Agendar una reunin virtual con el
responsable del Aula de computo para brindar
soporte con la instalacin y configuracin del
software.

Nota: Para realizar la reunin virtual los usuarios de
skype pueden agregar el usuario: interfaztraining.

2) Previo a la reunin instalar TeamViewer en
los equipos seleccionados para aplicar
exmenes.

3) Durante la reunin Enviar el ID y
CONTRASEA para permitir el control del equipo
y proceder a realizar la instalacin del software.

4) Una vez instalado y realizado las pruebas de funcionamiento efectivo del Exmen se
debe colocar una etiqueta para identificar el equipo.

5) Realizar un croquis para situar el lugar de los equipos que estn configurados. Este
croquis permite al Instructor que aplica el Exmen localizar rpidamente los equipos
configurados.
