    Submissionprocess
    Step1: SetupaUserAccount

    Firstyouwillbeaskedtosetupanaccountasanewuserthroughwhichyoumayaccessandedit
    yourdatauntiltheposterdeadlineonApril30,2014.Pleasemakesuretoenteralldataprecisely,
    sincethisaddresswillbeusedforallfurthercorrespondence.
    Step2: EnterGeneralData

    Onthenextscreenyouareaskedtoentersomegeneraldatarelatedtoyourabstractbeforeyou
    uploadthefullabstractasaworddocumentonthefollowingscreen.
    1. Abstracttitle:Enterthetitleonlyofyourabstractinupperandlowercase(example:Thisis
    thetitleofyourabstract)andmakesurethatisexactlythesameasintheworddocument
    thatcontainsyourentireabstract.
    2. Presentationtype:Chooseherewhetheryouwouldprefertopresentyourabstractasa
    poster,anoralcommunicationoreither(thefinaldecisionregardingthetypeofpresentation
    willbetakenbythescientificcommittee).
    3. Topic:Chooseherethetopicwhichis(best)appropriateforyourabstractfromthe
    dropdownlist.
    4. Authors:Enterallauthorsandcoauthorsandtickthepresentingauthorinthe
    correspondingfield(onlyindicateonepresentingauthor!)
    5. Affiliations(Institution,Department,City,Country).Fillinthenumberofthecorresponding
    affiliationnexttoeachauthor'snameabove(max.80characters).
    6. Click " save details" to get to the next screen to upload your paper

    Step3: UploadingyourAbstractasaWordFile

    Nextyouwillbeaskedtouploadyourabstractasawordfilefromyourcomputer.Makesurethat
    yourwordfiledoesnotexceed2MB!
    Formattinginstructionsfortheabstract
    Theworddocumentabstracthastocontain
    *theabstracttitle
    *allauthors
    *authorsaffiliations
    *theabstracttext
    *emailaddressofthecorrespondingauthor
    Underlinethepresentingauthor
    Writetheabstracttitleinupperandlowercase;donotcapitalizetheabstracttitle."The
    titleshouldbewritteninthisway
    Theabstractmustbesinglespacedandinupperandlowercaselettersasacontinuous
    text.Donotuseanygraphs,symbolsortables.
    Thetextmustnotexceed250words.
    Abstractswillnotbeeditedfortyping,spelling,orgrammaticalerrors.
    Step4: Completingthesubmissionprocessandeditingyourdata

    Afteryouhavesuccessfullysubmittedyourabstract,youwillseethelistofyourabstractsbyclicking
    on"ViewAbstracts"inthemainmenuabove.YoumaychangeoredityourdatauntilApril30atthe
    latest.FromMay1,nomorechangesarepossible!
    Ifyouchangetheabstracttitleorauthors,makesuretochangethemunder"editdata"ANDto
    uploadthecorrectedworddocumentaswell(clickonreplaceabstractdocument).

    Pleasenote:toeditthecontent/textofyourabstractonly,clickonreplaceabstractdocument.
    Youmayalsodeletethesubmittedabstractentirely(generaldataandworddocument)byclickingon
    deleteabstract.
    Youwillnotbesentasubmissionconfirmation.Makesuretocheckthesection"ViewAbstracts"in
    themainmenutobesureyourabstracthasbeensubmittedcorrectly(youhavetobeabletoopen
    yourabstractasapdffile,butpleaseallowupto1hrforconversion,alsoifyoureplaceanabstract
