COMMENTS AND SUGGESTION
1. The questionnaire is not suitably desired for the respondents particularly question #2. I had no dealing with CHED the succeeding questions are not applicable to be. Perhaps the none at all choice must be removed. 2. Please inform the student if have a meeting etc. 3. There is always a room for improvement to satisfy clients with exception. 4. Please maintain the good dealings with the client in all of the costumers.
