Sipsmith London Dry (41.6% ABV) .................. 4.00
Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness. Palate:
Gentle mouth feel, with initial dry juniper joined by growing sweetness, showing lemon tart and orange
marmalade, garnished by a wave of fresh lemon zest, followed by bolder juniper and light dryness, before all
the favours harmonise into one integrated taste. Finish: Dryness leads, with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon
tart emerging.

Germany. Even the juniper berries are imported from Italy.
Strawberry bank Damson Gin (25% ABV) ....... 4.00
This gin is made from the fnest fruit grown locally in the Lyth Valley, London Dry Gin and pure cane sugar. It
is traditionally drunk neat but can be mixed with tonic or lemonade for a long drink.
Saffron Gin (40% ABV) ......................................... 4.00
Brilliant deep orange/gold appearance. Semi sweet scents are of orange and mandarin peel over more subtle
juniper notes. Delicate spices emerge after time in the glass with suggestions of saffron. A mild entry leads
into a light to medium bodied palate that repeats the citrus peel-over-juniper theme. Soft, gently spicy mouth
feel. Concludes refreshingly dry followed by a delicate juniper and spice aftertaste.

Tanqueray No. Ten (47.3% ABV) ...................... 4.00
No. Ten is an exceptionally smooth, fresh tasting super premium gin. It gets its name from Tiny Ten, the
nickname of the still where it is made, but there is defnitely nothing small about the favour experience of No.
Ten. The only gin made using whole citrus fruits, including white grapefruits from Florida, limes from Mexico
along with juniper, coriander and a hint of chamomile fowers.
William Chase Elegant Gin (48% ABV) ........... 4.00
Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled, they press their own organically
grown cider apples from the family farm; fermenting them into cider, then distilling into Naked Chase. They
then re-distil the Naked Chase with eleven carefully considered wild botanicals and naturally pure water taken
from the aquifer running underneath our cider apple orchards. The botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica,
liquorice, orrice, orange, lemon, hops, elderfower and Bramley apple.

Slightly softer than more traditional gins and very smooth with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic
spices. The fnish is a long one with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose is
both citrusy sweet and peppery, with a distinctive foral aroma.

The nose is a rich complex of fresh juniper, followed quickly with coriander and a complexity of gin favours.
Hints of citrus mingle with oriental spices. On adding a mixer the citrus, lemon, orange and even bergamot
open out as well as hints of cinnamon, clove and even saffron. Medium length on the fnish leaving you ready
for the next mouthful. Distilled from pure grain, combined with botanicals from the four corners of the world.
Blended with water from the Beacons to create a clean spirit that is crisp, clean & exceptionally smooth.
Beefeater Gin (47% ABV) .................................... 4.00
Beefeater is an exceptionally clean, bold gin whose extravagant juniper character is balanced with strong
citric notes. On the nose juniper is dominant whilst in the mouth the full bodied aromatic character of the gin
emerges, to be followed by a long and complex fnish. James Burroughs original recipe is known to contain
juniper, coriander, Seville orange peel, lemon peel and angelica root and seed.
Cold River (47% ABV) ............................................ 6.00
The alcohol itself is the canvas upon which the taste of Cold River Gin is built. It is clean, assertive and
vaporous, carrying with it a fully juniper forward aroma. This includes hints of resin, fresh cut cedar, a brilliant
sap-like spiciness, and bracing bitterness. Balancing the juniper nose are aromas of lemon peel, crushed
coriander, and orange peel, providing an herbal element and citrus brightness.

Citadelle Gin is the only gin in the world made with 19 different botanicals, giving the gin a unique, complex,
well-balanced favour. The secret recipe is known only by the master distiller. Only the fnest spices are used.

A really tremendous new gin made, unusually, by a whisky producer - Caorunn (pronounced ka-roon)
hails from Balmenach distillery in Speyside and is favoured with Scottish botanicals including rowan berry,
heather, dandelion and coul blush apple.
Cork Gin (37.5% ABV) ............................................ 4.00
Appearance: Clear, transparent. Aroma: Tropical fruit and toasted bread reminiscent of a bag of boiled
sweets with little in the way of juniper. Taste: The peppery palate also has a touch of the tropics, accompa-
nied by subdued juniper and barky botanical notes. Aftertaste: Juniper is more evident in the jagged fnish.
Deaths Door (47% ABV) ....................................... 6.00
Exceptional by BTI, 8/2009. Aromas of cream of wheat, brown sugar, liquorice, and delicate peppery
spices follow through on a supple, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with citrus and peach
custard and herbal juniper notes. Finishes with a vibrant anise seed, citrus marmalade on sweet wheat
cracker, and white pepper fade fnish. A smooth, lively gin and will shine in cocktails.
Darnleys View (40% ABV) .................................. 4.00
Darnleys View is made with six carefully selected botanicals. The principal botanicals in the recipe are juni-
per, lemon peel and elderfower. The other three botanicals involved in giving Darnleys view its unique taste
are coriander, Angelica root and orris root. Its bottled at 40% ABV to accentuate the foral, citrus notes.
Edgerton Original Pink (44% ABV) ................. 4.00
Crisp, dry and citrus-kissed in favour, complex, balanced and powerful in character. Steeped in botanicals
sourced from halfway around the world, coriander, angelica, juniper, orris root, sweet orange peel, cassia
bark, and nutmeg infuse the pure grain spirit with a taste of paradise. Try in a number of different Martinis, or
straight up with tonic water, to give classic recipes a delightfully pink make-over.
Fifty Pounds London Dry Gin (43.5 ABV) ..... 5.00
Is very subtle, it comes through with some spice, berries an a light yellow fower aroma. The palate is hot at
frst, but calms down, offers out some lemony, spicy favours with a dry, pithy element coming through. Some
very nice minerally favours come through on the back end, and warming to the end.
Geranium (44% ABV) ............................................. 4.00
The nose of Geranium is a soft mix of juniper and foral notes, clear but not overly intense but which fnishes
on a subtle hint of citrus. In the mouth a strong juniper favour is followed by rose and violet with a touch of
sweetness. Juniper emerges once more at the fnish along with some citrus and foral notes plus a pleasant
hint of bitterness as the over favours fade.
Gin Mare (42.7% ABV) ........................................... 4.00
Nose: There are savoury notes: pepper, rosemary and thyme, as well as a little saltiness and a hint of green
tomatoes. Taste: This is an intense and herbal gin, with hints of rosemary and thyme. Juniper is a secondary
favour, but is still there.

Winner of Gold Best in Class in the 2011 IWSC awards, the judges said: Delightful variation on a theme.
The traditional characters are there but some fresh citrus and lovely notes of elderfower. Amazingly powerful
in the mouth with great depth of favour. Super and full foral backing. Fresh yet soothing. Full favoured but
beautifully balanced. Long and full favoured fnish where the foral notes are strongly evident.

In creating Aviation Gin, they have worked feverishly to defne a precise set of botanicals that come together
to mark this spirit as a defnitively Northwest product. Some of these botanicals include juniper, eletaria
cardamom, lavender, Indian sarsaparilla, coriander, anise seed and dried sweet orange peel.

Brooklyn Gin is a traditional London styled gin distilled by Brooklyn Gin. The ingredients used in making
Brooklyn Gin were the following: Citrus peel and Juniper. Brooklyn Gin has an Alcohol By Volume of 40%,
which is 2.4% less than the average for all Traditional / London Dry Gin. This Gin is hand crafted by two
New Yorkers, who even deliver the gin to the local bars in New York.

The base botanicals provide all the traditional notes of a typical London dry distilled gin: juniper, citrus earthy
and pepper notes, while additional botanicals give depth and life to the gins character. Taking inspiration
from fresher herbaceous notes the new botanicals added to the traditional recipe include basil which provides
the high green herbaceous notes, lavender which gives strength and impact by virtue of an earthy foral note
and kieffer lime leaves which adds the rounded sweet lime fnish.

A sip of Bloom Gin is sweet, delicate and foral, with a citrus fnish. The Honeysuckle in Bloom provides

Brokers is made only with the fnest herbs, spices and fruit imported from a total of three continents.

This revolutionary genever with a subtle balance of favourful malt wine and redistilled botanicals, fne-tuned
with pure grain alcohol, became one of the most important ingredients for a new phenomenon in the 19th
century, the cocktail.
Blackwoods Vintage (40% ABV) ..................... 4.00
A top quality gin made using botanicals from Shetland, including Wild Water Mint, Meadowsweet and Sea
Pink fowers. Blackwoods is also unusual in that is released with a vintage statement for each small
batch distilled.

An extraordinary gin, produced by the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ampleforth. Made using the traditional
method of Cold Compounding (or in laymans terms infusing). Very high quality copper pot-still spirit is

A complex aromatic liquid, using 10 different botanicals, delivers a broader more balanced favour. The

Bulgarian coriander plays a big part in this gin. It has an aromatic, almost gingery orange favour, which
marries beautifully with the softer, more rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries. This together
with the dry, bitter sweet peel of Valencia oranges, prolong the deeper tones which give this gin its intensely
smooth, beautiful taste.

The exotic botanicals and high quality ingredients combined with the quadruple distillation process allow our
product to defy convention with a balanced favour and a crisp fnish. This gin has a distinctive blend of 12

Nouaison meaning birth of the berry, made with a grape and juniper base. It is a French gin made from grape
spirit and crafted with 10 whole-fruit botanicals, starring the rare vine fower. The ten botanicals are nutmeg,
cubeb berries, ginger roots, liquorice, juniper berries, vine fower, lime, coriander, green cardamom and
cassia bark.
Gordons Sloe (26% ABV) ................................... 4.00
They take the fnest sloe berries and gently steep them, before adding Gordons gin. The result is a wonderful
tipple that marries the dryness of Gordons with cassis sweetness.
Gordons London Dry (37.5% ABV) ................ 3.50
Gordons gin is carefully distilled using a secret recipe. The distinctly refreshing taste comes from the fnest
handpicked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals.
Greenalls Gin (37.5% ABV) ................................. 3.50
Containing eight different botanicals including cassia bark and ground almonds, Greenalls Gin is distilled four
times and bottled at 40% ABV (UK market). It has a distinct citrus twang on the nose and a smooth fnish.
It would be easy to describe Greenalls as a classic London Dry as piney juniper, coriander spices and citrus
notes come to the fore and it delivers exactly what you expect a decent gin.

Produced in Cheshire, Hunters Gin is a fne dry gin which is distilled in traditional copper pot and rectifying

Aromas: Very strong juniper aroma. A sappy pine character with a lot of fresh coriander and liquorice. Hints of
fresh ginger, resin, violet and uncooked runner beans. Palate: Very clean and soft. Again juniper dominates/
Liquorice is also noticeable alongside grassiness with tingling spice. To fnish the liquorice comes through to
the death with the piney juniper, fresh cut grass, coarse ground pepper and spices.
Jensen Old Tom (43% ABV) ............................... 4.00
Aromas: Juniper is very prominent, accompanied by grapefruit notes, lavender, coriander and a very pleasant
meadowy character. Becomes more foral with time, with hints of orange fower water. Palate: Extremely
concentrated blend of the botanical aromas from the nose, juniper, liquorice and some citrus. Strong violet
and lavender mid palate. A slightly cereal like background with sage and a natural residual sweetness. A long
and powerful fnish with the citrus, juniper and foral notes all lingering. A slightly menthol quality.

are lengthened nicely by a warm backnote provided by cardamom seeds.

The recipe for No. 209 gin, other than juniper, contains somewhere between eight and eleven different
botanicals. The delicious complexity of no. 209s citrus spice favour profle is primarily a result of bergamot

of all liquids is reduced as pressure is decreased. The beneft of this process is that the botanicals are not
