Nationality: Syrian Tunisian.

Career: Civil engineering.

Qualification: Obtain :Bachelor of civil engineering from Damascus university-Syria (year 2001).

Languages:

Arabic (Native language), English (Excellent), French (good), Turkish ( good).

Project at the end of studying \ 1 year 2001

Technological studding about the best using of several kinds of cranes in construction works( Tower
cranes, mobile and static cranes, latticed boom, telescopic boom, hoists and gantry cranes), there
properties( its moving, qualities, placed and displaced) and choose the best kind for several locations in
comparing with the others methods of construction according to the factories of time and costs.


Some projects during study period:

Putting designs for building according to dimensions of land (one or several stories) and
doing construction studies for them (section and reinforcement).
Design a simple type of steel structure using British code.
Design computer drawing programmes, using Auto lisp language.

J uly 2012 till Now:
I am working with ICEC company for the project of Renovation and Restoration of the Central bank of
Libya-Tripoli, My Main work was :

Supervised and follow the contractors over site, regarding restoration work and care to keep the
historical shape of the building.


Approval of contractors method statement, materials and suppliers, as the building was historical
Italian and replacement destroyed stones must be carefully selected. same like Travertine and
Ancient Sandstone parts.
Solving technical problems during construction productivity. Especially for the building
infrastructural network and the connection to city network as it is old building and no drawing
available for the exist situation of the drainage system. And we faced a problem of high mouldy
walls of the basement.
prepare the company Invoices, and follow till get approval.

Prepare Work time schedule, following work performance over site, estimate cost and obtain cash
flow schedule, and all necessary reports.

I Have worked as an airfield planning engineer for HOCHTIEF Facility Management- Bahrain, in a
project of Maintenance and rehabilitation works for Bahrain international airport.... my work was

Planning engineer for AL HANI Strabag -Lidco Company in Libya-Tripoli, Tajura infrastructural project, on
design section:

Site checking and supervising , include checking contractors work, Materials testing , and
suppliers
Collect and record surveying data and measurement for the old existing networks, and updated
the drawing accordingly.
Supervised and checking safety issue of verbal and written site instruction.
Design and calculating quantity for Road using programme AutoCAD 3D civil.
Design and modification details (manholes-formwork &reinforcement...., pipes) for different kind
of Network systems (storm water, Sewerage, and water supply system) and draw 3d version for
these networks using AutoCAD 3D civil programme.

according to the premire revision of these drawings which come from studying company (make
revision and modification for the details of drawings) :

in the infrastructural Project of Ain Kimacha village in Nabeul city ,

*Drawing network for drainage water from Ain Kimacha village towards city Nabeul
* Calculate quantity of material and make official documents estimate pieces and properties of several
materials (tubes, manholes, PVC).

I have worked at Ministry of transporting in Syria as project manager: my main work was coordinator
between the Transporting Ministry and other Syrian Ministries regarding following and controlling
coming projects:

* Project of the train tunnel between Al- Heijaze station and Damascus airport in a land which has a high
level of phreatic water.

* Project of updating and development the train lines in the purpose of develop transporting lines
between Syria and her neighbouring countries.
