1. Purpose
The purpose of this SOP is for the sales manager to the fullest to provide
services to customers.
2. Responsibilities
A responsibility of the manager is to ensure that all staff via the supervisor

The sales manager is the person responsible for leading and guiding a team

reservation.

creation process for any reservation that has been approved by
the customer.

a. Accept sales report today from the supervisor. Accept and chec!
the completeness of the report today and its sales invoice file of
all the staff% then sign if it is complete.
