Vision:

In order to chase our vision and fulfill the mission we have launched for the first
time in India the Certificate Course in Pharmaceuticals Sales
Management(CPSM). The course content is structured for the fresh graduates
by the industry expert.
We cover all modules in two months. The course had been divided into first
month classroom and second month e-learning modules.
Mode Of Operation:
• We Plan to appoint Master-Franchise(M.F) in all state Capital.M.F will
appoint Franchise at all Major Pharmaceutical Head quarter’s.
• M.F –Should be leading Pharmaceutical CSA/CFA & Franchise should be
leading pharmaceutical stockiest.
Role and Responsibilities of M.F
Objectives
M.F will deliver the courses and training programs offered by CATALYST
ACADEMY at its own center in XX, under the brand name of CATALYST
ACADEMY. M.F will deliver these courses and training programs in the most
professional manner guided by the overall philosophy and spirit of CATALYST
ACADEMY.
Infrastructure
The M.F & FRANCHISEE should have a carpet area of 1000 square feet for its
own center and office at XXX , with the following infrastructure in place
The M.F will pay a Franchisee fee of Rs. 1.0 lakhs to CATALYST ACADEMY on
the date of signing the agreement.
The M.F will pay 30% of the total fees collected from the enrollment fees to
CATALYST ACADEMY as a part of the royalty payment to CATALYST ACADEMY.
And @ Rs.1000.00 per student as cost of course material.
Manpower
2.1 The M.F should hire able manpower to run the business. The manpower can
be divided into two categories – Administrative & Marketing Staff and
Faculties.
• Administrative and Marketing Staff: The M.F will hire the following
Administrative and Marketing Staff at the initial stage. Depending upon
the growth the manpower requirement will also grow.
Training:
CATALYST ACADEMY will be undertaking regular training programs for M.F and
Franchisee employees (including Administrative, Marketing Staff, and Faculties)
at M.F’s center, or its own venue or any other neutral venue. The training
expenditures will be shared equally between the M.F, Franchisee and CATALYST
ACADEMY.
The M.F and Franchisee to carry out local advertisements and promotional
activities. Some of the standard advertisement and promotional activities that
the M.F and Franchisee should carry out are as follows:
CATALYST ACADEMY will not bear any cost related to the local advertisement
and promotional activities. However CATALYST ACADEMY will do
advertisements at a regional or national level to strengthen the brand.
Franchisee
The M.F will undertake co-ordination activities with Franchisee. It will co-ordinate
with Franchise for Admission , Royalty payment, local advertisements and
promotions, training of staff and faculties and other activities that will improve
the performances and brand image of Catalyst Academy.
The Franchisee will pay a franchisee fee of Rs. 0.50 lakhs and royalty
payment 30% CATALYST ACADEMY.
The M.F will get a 15% share of the Franchise fees of newly created
Franchisee.
The M.F will get a 10% share of the royalty payment received from the
Franchisee.
