Dear ISG-Yanbu Families or Sponsoring Companies,

We are pleased to report the adoption of the operating budget for the 2014-15 school year at ISG, which
will continue to support our Missioncommitted to educational excellence.

As in years past, the 2014-15 budget reflects an effort to buttress our educational program. This
upcoming school year is particularly notable, given our strategic planning for significant improvements
to each of ISGs seven school programs. For example, each school has committed to dramatically
improving connectivity to the rich educational resources found on the Internet through bandwidth
upgrades, and to making iPads available to younger students and laptops to older students.
Furthermore, ISG is re-committing to literacy, but in the 21
st
century context. Writing will receive
special attention. Other improvements are in the works.

At the same time, the budget reflects a close analysis of all expenses within the School, with the result
that the cost of additions to our educational program beyond the technological and literacy program
improvements is offset by a corresponding reduction in expenses.

And finally, as always, the budget reflects a balance between the Board of Trustees desire to increase
compensation for our talented staff and support staff with the recognition of the pressure of rising
tuition costs on our familiesthe lions share of the increase in tuition derives from modest
compensation increases for staff.

For 2014-15, each of ISGs schools will receive the same increase in tuition. After careful consideration of
these factors, the Board set tuition for 2014-15 as follows:

Third Child Tuition Benefit: For the 2014-2015 school year, the Board continues with a 50% tuition
discount for the third child (and additional children) enrolled in an ISG school. The discount will apply
to the tuition of the youngest child(ren) only.

Pro-Rata Tuition Benefit: For the 2014-2015 school year, students enrolling after September 30, 2014 will
be billed on a pro-rated basis. The pro-rated tuition will be based on the number of student contact
days remaining in the 2014-2015 school year.

In addition, the Board has not increased fees for 2014-15. The fee structure is as follows:

If a parent wishes to enroll a student for a specified portion of the school year, the parent or company is
responsible for making these intentions clear at the time of initial registration or before the beginning
of the new school year. Payment provisions can be arranged for this circumstance only when it is
declared in advance. Installment payments are not allowed when Less than full year enrollment is
declared. If a parent or company wishes to change their original payment plan, the parent or company
is responsible for making these intentions clear within the first ten days of school.

YIS TUITION PAYMENT AGREEMENT FORM 2014- 2015
Initial Registration Fee : SR 3,000 - applicable to new enrollments at any time of school year and due in full with the initial payment
. (KG Grade 12)
Installment Fee : SR 1,000 - applicable to all installment plans (Pre- school Grade 12)
Partial Year Enroll. Fee : SR 1,000 - applicable to all students enrolling for less than a full year
Late Payment Fee : SR 750 - applicable for each month and any portion of a month that tuition and or fees are past due
Pre-Enroll. Testing Fee : SR 1,500 - applicable to every assessment a student takes for enrollment
A 50% tuition discount is available to families with a third child (and/or additional children) enrolled in an ISG School.
(The discount will be applied to youngest child/children enrolled.)

Students enrolling after September 30, 2014 will pay a prorated daily rate, based on the number of remaining student days in the school year.
The installment plan has been implemented by the ISG Board of Trustees to ease the burden of paying the full tuition at one time for those
parents who might find it difficult to do so. It is available only to full year students. If, for any reason, the student withdraws early, all
installments must be paid by the responsible party. The Installment plan is not applicable to students enrolling after September 30, 2014.
If a student has been withdrawn with no refund or credit and then returns, the student will be considered a returning student.
Students withdrawing after the first eleven (11) days are assessed full year tuition and fees.
No company or individual refunds will be made!

FOR PARENTS INFORMATION ONLY

School environments need to be free from dangerous infectious diseases. At the time of application for admission to a school, the
parent must provide a written history of the childs vaccinations and inoculations. Any time those inoculations and/or vaccinations for
infectious diseases are required to protect the health of students and staff, the administration will institute appropriate action to ensure
compliance.

At the time of initial enrolment, parents are required to submit acceptable written documentation of their childs immunization
records. The school nurse will review documentation records and advise parents of remaining compulsory vaccinations and
inoculations. The age of the child and the previous vaccinations and inoculations will be taken into account. If records have not been
provided within the said 45 calendar day period, the parents will be notified of non-compliance with policy (#2065) and exclusion of
their child from school will follow until required documentation of immunizations and inoculations are provided to the Site
Administrator.

Board policy #2065 applies to all students seeking admission at any of the district schools.
Additionally, children attending ISG operated nurseries will be required to comply with this policy.
