Welcome Class of 2015
The 21st year of the Word of Life Hungary
Bible Institute has officially begun! God
has blessed us with 59 students from 15
different countries, including Hungary,
Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine,
Czech Republic, Serbia, Germany, France,
Albania, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Brazil,
Canada, and USA. How exciting it is to
anticipate what God will do in the hearts
and lives of each student this year. Already
we can see great potential in this class, and
we are humbled to think that we have even
a small part in their spiritual growth and
future ministry. What a joy it is to serve the
Lord and these students on a daily basis!

The first week of classes always includes
Personal Evangelism and Street
Evangelism. The focus is for the students
to be able to share the gospel, first and
foremost. After learning how to clearly
explain the gospel, the students and staff
all travel to the streets of Budapest to put it
into practice! During those two afternoons,
everyone who is a part of WOL Hungary
leaves the classroom and office behind to
evangelize in the city. Praise the Lord for
the courage He gave to our staff and
students and the seeds which were planted
in the hearts of many who heard the
gospel. Please be in prayer for the
WOLHBI students this school year as they
study Gods Word and prepare for
ministry. wolhbi.com
Weaver Update: Fall 2014
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers during our summer
furlough. Although we were not able to see and minister to all of
our supporters, we were able to accomplish a lot in a couple
short months. This summer we traveled approximately 7,500
miles and spoke on over 35 occasions, including church services,
Sunday schools, prayer meetings, VBS, a mens breakfast, and at
a youth camp. The Lord also provided some much needed
quality time with both of our families, for which we are very
grateful.

Please pray that some additional support will come in as a result of the meetings this summer. As you well know,
beginning in January 2015, we are obligated to start paying into the Hungarian health care system, as well as the
social security system. Simply stated, we need to raise additional support to cover these taxation expenses if we are to
remain above-reproach before God and the government. We are currently 12% short. Please pray that the Lord would
provide this necessary monthly support, and in the meantime, pray that we would trust HIM!
Name: Glauber Destro Age: 28 Country: Brazil & Italy

Why did you come to the BI? Ever since I was a teenager, God gave me the desire to study
the Bible full-time, and then to become a missionary in Europe. After living two years in Italy
(I have family there), I started to look for a great Bible school in Europe and WOL Hungary
fulfilled all my needs. Because of WOLHBI, I was able to participate in ministries in Hungary,
Spain, Italy and France, and I got to know a lot about the language, culture and Christianity in
these countries.

How would you like to serve the Lord in the future? Next year I will start my Masters in
Theology in Montpellier (France). I want to be a missionary in Europe, especially in Latin
countries: Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. I want to help the churches, mobilizing young
people for missions and evangelism, as well as conducting missions trips.
Name: Jordan Haller Age: 20 Country: Czech Republic

Why did you come to the BI? Ive had the desire to study the Scriptures ever since I was
15, when I realized that I was not equipped to defend my faith. I started to read my Bible
regularly after that and became very hungry for the Word. I spent several summers at WOL
camp in Czech, and it was there that I discovered the opportunity of studying the Bible in-
depth at WOL Hungarys Bible Institute.

How would you like to serve the Lord in the future? I know that my future is in Gods
hands, and that is for sure the best place to be because He knows what is best for me. I believe
the Lord is preparing me for a counseling or pastoral ministry. While the future is still not
perfectly clear, I am willing to follow Gods plans for my life and totally submit for His glory.
