1. INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of work will achieve in site such; installation of pipes, fixing to define how the
fixing, testing .etc.
. OPERATION:
Material Usage : For pipes C!C pressure pipes "#$ which will check %&
consultant in our warehouse as per approved 'aterial su%'ittal.
For fitting solvent (oints or welded.
)nstallation : A.*upport+rods

pipes 0.42 , -.60'' ,#'2 for hanger. 7ods will %e M8.

9alvani:ed steel support shall %e used for cold + hot water pipes fixed %&
rods +anchors on ceiling. )f the pipes running %eside the wall used angle support.
*pecial support shall %e used in shaft.
Two piece single cla'ps with ru%%er lining will %e used for do'estic water as per
approved shop drawing + 'aterial su%'ittal.
For insulated hot water use wooden saddle surround the pipes then fix %& cla'p.

<ot, cold and circulation lines entering the flat provide %& valve station. The content
of that station is: gate valve, water 'eter and dou%le regulating valve.
,fter co'pletion the 'ounting inside %uilding and test all pipes; we can proceed
pu'p installation in second %ase'ent as per approved shop drawing.
=ater pu'p test will %e used for test pipes -'anual2.
Central water heater install on roof interface with pressure vessel and expansion tank
as approved shop drawing.

=hen co'pleted installation of each flat, Test will take place to 'ake sure if The
(oints leak. ressure test shall %e #.3 ti'es working pressure.
Test fails if leakage is o%served or if pressure drop exceeds 3> of test pressure.
