PRINCIPLES OF THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE AND POLICY OF THE USSR
Chapter 1. THE POLITICAL SYSTEM Article 1. All power within the United Sovereign Socialist Republics belongs to the people and their representatives: The premier supreme leader and all branches of government. Article 2. The supreme leader has unlimited power within the union. No laws may be enacted that compromise this power. Article 3. All elected officials must be members of the communist party of the USSR. Article 4. Nations can never be forced to alter their type of government, unless that government labels itself a fascist republic or any type of religion or royalty based state. In this case, nations will be warned by the KGB to change their national settings. If they do not comply, they will be ejected from the union. Article 5. The KGB has supreme authority over all nations of the USSR, except the supreme ruler. Article 6. KGB members are elected from world assembly party members. Article 7. The parliamentary assembly consists of world assembly members and party- member observers. Article 8. The parliamentary council consists of party member elected nations. Article 9. Breaking revolutionary ideals is strictly forbidden in this Socialist People's union. All counterrevolutionary ideas will be crushed. Article 10. The parliament may pass a bill if the majority agrees. Article 11. Amending the constitution is possible with an unanimous vote and an agreement from the council. Chapter 2. THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM Article 12. Any nation that focuses on the private sector shall be warned and given a two week deadline to change their economic status. Nations that fail to comply will be ejected from the union. Article 13. Any nation that resists the implementation of the socialist economic system will be ejected from the region. Article 14. The USSR may never grant any power to any private corporation or individual. All property belongs to the state. Article 15. USSR nations may not finance hostile nations on which the USSR government has implemented sanctions on. Article 16. Any nation within the USSR whose private sector is higher than his public sector will be given a two week time limit to alter it. Any nation that fails to comply will be ejected and banned. Chapter 3. NATIONAL RIGHTS Article 17. As the USSR are a titoist communist region, all nations have individual fiscal responsibility. National banks must be state owned, however. Article 18. Non-party member nations may not represent the region in international diplomatic circles.
