RULES AND REGULATION
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

1. Registration fee is RM10.00 per participant and confirmation of participation is upon full payment of registration fee.
2. The completed registration form must be submitted to Labuan FSA office at Level 17, Main Office Tower, Financial Park
Complex together with full payment.
3. The closing date is Tuesday, 14 October 2014
DECLARATION
I hereby declare and certify that all the information given by me in this application is true, accurate and complete. I acknowledged
that the organiser reserves the absolute right to reject my application without assigning any reasons therefore. I declare myself
fit and agree that my participation in the Labuan FSA CUPCAKE COMPETITION 2014 is at my own risks, abide by the rules
and regulations and will not press any charges on the organiser for any accidents, injuries, loss of belongings or death before,
during and after the event.

I hereby give my consent to Labuan Financial Services Authority to process and but not limited to collect, use, hold store or disclose my personal
data herein contained in this form for the purpose and to the extent as permitted by the relevant laws."

1. The competition is open to all Labuan community and limited to the first 30 participants only.
2. Contestants must bring three (3) undecorated cupcakes of size 2.5 oz each with them to decorate at the competition.
3. Contestants are responsible to bring all materials they need for decorating and keeping materials cold.
4. No artificial decorations may be used and all parts of cupcakes must be edible.
5. Alcohol is not allowed as an ingredient in the cupcakes.
6. All decorating must be done in front of the judges and audience.
7. Contestants must be at the Labuan International Sea Sports Complex by 9:00am for set-up and competition will start at
9:30am.
8. No assistants are allowed, except during the set-up hour.
9. Contestants will be scored on decorating of cupcakes, taste, and creativity.
10. Contestants must bring serving trays or plates to display their cupcakes.
11. Contestants are responsible for all expenses incurred in the competition, including all supplies and/or ancillary expenses.
12. Licensed character cupcakes and the use of any licenced or trademarked characters are strictly forbidden.
