Verification Process ICP
Nature and frequency (sampling) of ICP activities are
based on criticality and redundancy of equipment
Independent Competent Person:
Full access to our UKMS and CMMS (e.g. PMR history SAP)
Give clear statements on initial and continued suitability
Findings clearly link back to the Performance Standards
Planning and Communication:
Resident in our office (at least 2 days per week)
Pre and post ICP offshore inspections
Monthly updates and quarterly suitability review meetings
Review and formally comment on the Verification scheme
