provide in this application form, any documents attached to this application form and any follow up correspondence in
accordance with this Personal Information Collection Statement and our Privacy Policy.

We will use the personal information you provide us to assess your suitability to become a Registered Applicant. This includes
contacting any person whose name you have supplied (such as your previous employers, referees or professional advisors) to
verify the accuracy of any information provided by you as part of the application process.
Unless you provide all the personal information required, we will not be able to accept or process your application to become a
Registered Applicant
Disclosure of your personal information to third parties
As well as internal use within McDonalds, we may disclose your personal information to third parties such as our US parent
company, McDonalds Corporation. We may also disclose your personal information to external consultants or advisors who
have a role to play in the process of assessing your application to become a Registered Applicant or advising McDonalds in
relation to your application.
We will use best endeavours, at all times, to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Any
personal information you provide in physical form will be locked in secure storage and made available only to those who have
a need to know that information for the purpose of assessing your application to become a Registered Applicant.
Electronic records
If you provide any personal information electronically, we will store it in a secure, access controlled computer environment as
described in our Privacy Policy.
As we have outsourced some of our IT systems to third party service providers, it is likely that such electronic records will be
stored on the computer networks of those IT service providers and may also be stored on the computer networks of our parent
company McDonalds Corporation.

Some of the third parties to whom we disclose your personal information may be based overseas such as our parent company
McDonalds Corporation and our IT service providers. It is not possible to list all countries in which such recipients may be
located but examples include the United States and Malaysia.
