Hello and greetings to all audiences. On this blessed day we were grateful for the
opportunity to discuss a problem of lifestyle where it is getting chronic if no measure is
taken drastic steps to deal with it. We will discuss how do to practice a healthy lifestyle,
prevent bad habits and how to control obesity problems. Therefore, without delay let me
introduce our panelists today, the next beside me was Ester Rina, Chow Yun Sin and
Jojie. The title forum today is a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

1. What is a healthy lifestyle? In my opinion, a healthy lifestyle is one which
helps to keep and improve people's health and well-being. Health is an
issue that is important and healthy individuals can play an effective role in
the development of society and country.

So, Ester Rina, can you define a healthy lifestyle more details?
Can you tell us how to practice a healthy lifestyle?

Jojie, in your opinion, how do you to practice a healthy lifestyle? Maybe there is a
difference in what you do. Maybe you can dance Sumandak dancing, Oppa
Gangnam Style, Shuffle dancing and so on. What your opinion?

Quite simply, that actions and strategies which you need to do to achieve
optimum health. This is a responsibility for your own decisions and make smart
health choices for today and future as an example of healthy eating, proper
stress management, and active lifestyle.

2. What about bad habits that become increasingly worse we see today as an
example SMOKING AND DRINKING? We already know that the government
strictly prohibits and warns smoking can endanger the health and each sip will
have catastrophic consequences. While strong drink was prohibited while driving
because it could endanger the lives of others.

Chow Yun Sin, can you explain what harmful effects bad habits and how to we
prevent ourselves from this problem.

What about your opinion Ester Rina, can you explain how to we prevent
ourselves from this problem. We already know many responsible parties have
warned of this danger of unhealthy practices. But still there is not followed.

According to a ministry survey, smoking can increase the risk up to 10 times,
gaining more than 40 serious diseases such as lung cancer, emfisima, heart
disease and stroke. Smoking can affect almost every organ and tissue in the
body. Cigarette smoke contains 4,000 chemicals, 200 poisonous and 63 can
cause cancer. Therefore, use the right method to quit smoking and drinking
before you lose your life.




3. Next we will discuss the problem of extreme obesity or in other words OBESITY.
In general, obesity is the accumulation of excess fat build up inside the body of a
person. Obesity is now regarded as a disease and occurs when fatty tissues
become excessive. To make matters worse, obesity can interfere with and harm
the body organs and thus will lead to serious health problems. Apart from limiting
the physical and social activities, life expectancy sufferer also shorter.

So Jojie, can you tell me what the effects of obesity when we ignore our personal
health?
After we have suffering from obesity, how do we to fix?

What about your opinion Chow Yun Sin? I see you lean and slim. Maybe you
have some tips for maintaining a balanced body shape. Can you tell me how you
did?


Actually, many benefits if we adopt a healthy lifestyle. If we practice it, we can
improve health status, reduce your risk of many diseases like diabetes, heart
attack, stroke and high blood pressure. Moreover, it can make us look better and
allow us to have more stamina and ability to enjoy life.
In conclusion, all the above measures prove a healthy lifestyle can be achieved
by humans. Cooperation from all is needed especially self-awareness that health
is a priority in the life of everyone. Failure to act promptly will see our society for
disease-prone diseases can also have an adverse impact.
