GUIDELINES TO THE APPLICANTS

1 ADMIT CARD AND IDENTITY CARD :Applicants are required to produce the Admit Card and the proof of Identity (Passport, Driving License, Photo Credit card, Photo
ID card) to the Chief Supervisor/Test Supervisor/Observer on demand.

2 NOT ALLOWED AFTER 10 MINUTES : Applicants shall not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10 minutes of commencement of the Admission Test.

3 Applicants should bring pen, pencils, erasers etc.

4 USE OF CALCULATORS NOT ALLOWED : The applicants are not allowed to bring and use calculators & cell phones in the examination hall.

5 Applicants are not permitted to leave the examination hall before 12.00 Noon. In case any applicant wants to leave the examination hall before 12.00 Noon, he/she has
to surrender the question paper and answer sheets to the Test Supervisor /Invigilator and will not be allowed to reenter the examination hall.

6 UNFAIR PRACTICES IN EXAMINATION: The applicants are prohibited from talking to each other, copying from others or allowing others to copy from them, taking or
giving any other kind of assistance or communicating with a person outside the examination hall. If applicants are found violating these rules and/or committing any
other malpractice and/or behaving in an indisciplined manner or causing nuisance or disturbance to other applicants, they will at once be expelled from examination hall.
Such applicants will not be allowed to participate in future admission process. The decision of IBSAT committee in this regard will be final.

7 NO SMOKING : Smoking is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.

8 MOBILE PHONES : Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination hall. Also there is no provision for safe keeping of the mobile phones.

9 RESULTS : Applicant may check his/her result at the website www.ibsat.org on January 10,2010.

10 GRIEVANCES : : In case of any grievances on the Admission test, the applicants may write within ten days from the date of Admission test to the Admissions Officer on
above mentioned E-Mail address for necessary action.

11 JURISDICTION : The jurisdiction for all disputes relating to IBSAT will be Hyderabad, India.
