RELATED CASES A. The Acer Consolidated Case There are five (5) related cases pending in this District which are consolidated under Innovative Display Technologies LLC (IDT) v. Acer Inc. et al., Case No. 2:13-cv-522 (the Acer Consolidated Case). 1 In the Acer Consolidated Case, a Markman hearing was held on J uly 28, 2014 before the Magistrate J udge, whose recommendations are currently on appeal to the District Court. J ury selection in the Acer Consolidated Case has been set for March 9, 2015. The member cases and asserted patents in this group are:

B. The Hyundai Consolidated Case There are another five (5) related cases pending in this District which are consolidated under IDT v. Hyundai Motor Company et al., Case No. 2:14-cv-00201-J RG (collectively the Hyundai Consolidated Case). In the Hyundai Consolidated Cases, a Markman hearing has been set for April 29, 2015, and jury selection is set to begin on November 9, 2015. A motion to dismiss in the Sprint member case is pending.
