Location Plan















Ayala Triangle is a sub-district of the Makati central business district, comprising
of the parcel of land between Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas, as
well as the buildings on those streets. Many multinational companies, banks and other
major businesses make their home on the triangle, noted by the many skyscrapers


bounding the Triangle. The lush garden is now considered as a refuge for the fast-
paced Makati life. The wide space of greeneries is enjoyable for jogging, brisk walking
or people-watching. Thus, the proponents have chosen Ayala Triangle, Makati City to
be the site of the business. The place can be inferred to be the heart of Ayala where
companies of different sizes are located and busiest people are gathered.

Barangay West Rembo is located in the Second District of Makati and situated at
the North East Cluster along with Cembo, Northside and Guadalupe Viejo.Based on the
2010 Census of Population conducted by the National Statistics Office, West Rembo
has a total of 28, 406 population and percentage share of 5.4% versus the citys

population with an estimate of at least 5,681 households. By population density, on the
other hand, considering its land area and population count, the barangay has 52 person
per square meters.


This barangay has a total land area of 0.552 square kilometer and predominantly
residential. Barangay West Rembo is known to house several institutional lots such as
the Makati Parks and Garden and University of Makati.

The proponents of the business decided to contract at least two suppliers who
will provide quality products of meat of which they will use in the business. The major
supplier whom will regularly produce/ provide the product of different kinds of meat such
as pork, beef and chicken either in whole or in parts is currently located in Malolos,
Bulacan while the secondary supplier whose duty is to provide meat when requested or
in special occasions is located in Pasig City. These two suppliers will provide the needs
of the business when it comes to needs of quality meat products.

After purchase of raw product, the business will do the rest and process it to be
the final output. Aside from the meat suppliers, the proponents will also be needing
other ingredients and seasoning to produce the desired lechon. The business hires
skilled men who has first-hand knowledge about lechon business to help the proponents
run the business. We will also be responsible to the different sauce of the product which
were made special in order to be one of the strong asset of the business.

After further processing, cooking, grilling and making the special sauce the
product will now be better serve to the customers. Not everyone could afford a whole
lechon might it be baboy, manok specially baka since its too costly and too much thus
we offer per order meal which can be eaten and is enough for one serving per person.
