My Personal Teaching Philosophy
teaching is the art of shaping and molding students to become
lifelong learners in a challenging world. As a future teacher I respect my
students and will to teach to respect others also and being good example
and role model. I believe that the teachers have a big role in the students
not only in the development for their confidence to have a good life and also
faith in God. To describe my personal teaching philosophy I used notion of
knowledge. As a teacher we need to gain a lot of knowledge because we are
the source of knowledge of our students . if we aregive a wrong information
they definitely acquire it. As a teacher we need to take care of what we said
and teaching to our students we need to assurethat it is correct for them to
acquire knowledge and learned from it. The purpose of education is to
develop students ability to think critically and integrate ideas, rather than to
accumulate facts. My philosophy is composed of the following how my
students should acquire intellectual skills and their ideas and values.
Knowledgeis the more and most important in teaching because when we
asked ourselves why we choose teaching as a profession. One of the reason
why is to spread knowledge to our students thats why knowledge is one of
our objectives. I want to develop my studentsthrough understanding. I really
want to take part of the developments and enrichments of my students.
They grow, they learned, they have a ot of knowledge and most of all they
have a better future. As a teacher it is important to encouraging them to
excel their selves to weel being competent and so 0n. my enthusiasm and
well being planned preparation is to see my students improvements.
Improvement of their skills the way they think and their behavior. I also
believe in vygotskys social learning theory from that the people learn social
cotext they learned through interaction. From that you will be able to have
knowledge from people sorrounds you. As a future teacher I believe that our
duty is support our students according to their abilities and we need to help
them to improve it. We need to engage our students in discussion to
improve their ability to construct what their opinion, ideas in the lesson. All
students can and will learn regardless of their background because I believe
that the education is for all. to teach means not only to impart what we
knew, but also to reveal who we are by living what we believe.
