It is hereby notified for general information in terms of section 11(2) of
the Less Formal Township Establishment Act, 1991 (Act No. 113 of
1991), that an application was received for approval for the
establishment of a town on the Remainder of the farm Vogelvlei 457,
Remainder of the farm Townlands of Steynrust 508, the farm
Matlwangtlwang 1033, Subdivision 3 of the farm Vogelvlei 457 and
Park erf 1382, Administrative District of Lindley.

The application, together with the relevant plans, documents and
information will be available for inspection during office hours at the
office of the Head of the Department, Cooperative Governance,
Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements, Room 407, LT Trust
Building, 114 Maitland Street, Bloemfontein for a period of 14 days
from the date of publication hereof, namely, Thursday, 21 April 2011.


Any person who has an interest in the matter and who wishes to object
to the granting of the application or who desires to be heard, or wants
to make representations concerning the matter, shall lodge such
objections or representations in writing with the Head of the
Department, Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human
Settlements, Land Use Administration Directorate, at the above-
mentioned address, or P.O. Box 211, Bloemfontein, 9300.

The objections or representations must reach the above-mentioned

Kragtens artikel 11(2) van die Wet op Minder Formele Dorpstigting,
1991 (Wet No. 113 van 1991), word hiermee vir algemene inligting
bekend gemaak dat aansoek ontvang is om goedkeuring vir die stigting
van n dorp op die Restant van die plaas Vogelvlei 457, Restant van
die plaas Dorpsgronden van Steynrust 508, die plaas Matlwangtlwang
1033, Onderverdeling 3 van die plaas Vogelvlei 457 en Parkerf 1382,
Administratiewe Distrik Lindley.

Die aansoek tesame met die betrokke planne, dokumente en inligting
l gedurende kantoorure ter insae in die kantoor van die
Departmentshoof, Samewerkende Regering, Tradisionele Sake en
Huisvestings, Kamer 407, LT Trust Gebou, Maitlandstraat 114,
Bloemfontein, vir n tydperk van 14 dae vanaf datum van publikasie

Particulars in respect of applications for public road carrier permits (as submitted to the respective local road transportation board) indicating,

FUNCTIONS OF THE HOSPITAL BOARD

clarified by hospital management.

c) To play an active role in the governance and transparency on mattes affecting the running of hospital in the Free State Province.

d) To carry out any functions designated to them by MEC for Health at any particular time in terms of the Free State Hospital Act.

TERM OF OFFICE

a) The term of office of members of the hospital board is (3) three years.

b) A member of the hospital board may be nominated and appointed for another term of office.

c) Meetings of the Board will take place at the institution where the member is appointed.

d) Appointment is on part time basis.

CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION

Nominations of South African citizens aged 21 years or older and resident of the catchment area.
Nominees must be person with one or more expertise in:

b) Financial Management
c) Information Technology
d) Religious Matters
e) Legal Matters
