stay& :f any such damages caused by him the same 8i33 be re*3aced
by him&

terminate the Tenancy 8ithout any notice&

9& :f the 3essee 8ants to vacate the *remises before the tenancy
*eriod, he shou3d give t8o months *rior notice to the >essor& And in
the meantime, the 3essor need the *remises for his use and
a**roach the 3essee to vacate the *remises, the 3essor shou3d give
t8o months *rior notice to the >essee and sett3e the advance
amount to the 3essee 8ithout any ba3ance at the time of vacating&
