ALL STAND:
PRAYER TO TAKE AUTHORITY
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I TAKE AUTHORITY AND I BIND ALL
POWERS AND FORCES IN THE AIR, IN THE GROUND, IN THE
WATER, IN THE UNDERGROUND, IN THE NETHERWORLD, IN
NATURE AND IN FIRE.
YOU ARE THE LORD OVER THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE AND I GIVE
YOU THE GLORY FOR YOUR CREATION. IN YOUR NAME, I BIND
ALL DEMONIC FORCES THAT HAVE COME AGAINST US AND
OUR FAMILIES AND I SEAL ALL OF US IN THE PROTECTION OF
YOUR PRECIOUS BLOOD THAT WAS SHED FOR US ON THE
CROSS.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I BIND AND COMMAND ALL THE
POWERS AND FORCES OF EVIL TO DEPART RIGHT NOW AWAY
FROM US, OUR HOMES AND OUR LANDS AND I CAST YOU TO
THE FOOT OF THE CROSS TO REMAIN THERE FOREVER AND WE
THANK YOU, LORD JESUS, FOR YOU ARE A FAITHFUL AND
COMPASSIONATE GOD.
MARY, OUR MOTHER, WE SEEK YOUR PROTECTION AND
INTERCESSION WITH THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS FOR US AND
OUR FAMILIES, AND SURROUND US WITH YOUR MANTLE OF
LOVE TO DISCOURAGE THE ENEMY.
SAINT MICHAEL AND OUR GUARDIAN ANGELS, COME, DEFEND
US AND OUR FAMILIES IN BATTLE AGAINST ALL THE EVIL ONES
THAT ROAM THE EARTH. AMEN.

INTERCESSORY PRAYERS
(Position yourself comfortably before the Lord. Be still and feel His
presence).
IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE
HOLY SPIRIT. AMEN.
ALL KNEEL:
I. OPENING PRAYERS:
Abba Father, we, Your children kneel and bow down in the spirit of oneness
with this community of believers You have so lovingly gathered. We come
to claim Your promise, that when two or three are gathered in Your name,
there You will be in their midst. Almighty God, we believe and we declare
Your presence amongst us. Look down with mercy and kindness upon us
who are gathered to implore Your blessings.
Father God, in Jesus Name, we ask for the special anointing of the Holy
Spirit on each one of us. Come Holy Spirit and baptize us with the fire of
Your love. Lord Jesus, You have come to cast fire on the earth, cast it on us.
We need the fire of Your Spirit to give life to us; breathe on us and impart
to us the fullness of Your Spirit. We hunger and thirst for You, fill us with
Your living water and unlock the power of Your Spirit within our hearts.
All You are is within us. Our lives flow from You. We believe that, as we
yield and ask, You will release Your strength, wisdom, healing, compassion
and understanding to meet the needs of this Holy Hour. Holy Spirit come,
we want it all wrapped in the greatest gift of all- LOVE. Melt us, mold us,
fill us, use us, work in us in a powerful way. We need Your Mighty Spirit.
Come Holy Spirit. Come.

II. CONTRITION:
Holy Spirit, we welcome Your presence in our midst. As we come before
You today with a humble and contrite heart, we would like to ask for
forgiveness for all the times we have offended You knowingly or
unknowingly. We come before You and ask for the grace of a deeply
repentant heart.
Forgive us all for all our sins, faults, and failings. For all the times we have
gone astray. Forgive us for our doubts and fears, for the lack of faith in truly
believing in Your love for us.
(Let us pause for a few minutes and allow the Lord to go deep into our
hearts, to reveal to us our sins, such as pride, lust, unforgiveness, etc. Be
truly sorry for them. Call to mind the people who hurt you and forgive all of
them; likewise the people you hurt, ask forgiveness from them).
We ask forgiveness for sins against purity, lust, adultery, unclean books,
movies and videos and sexual fantasies. We turn away from all those
activities and turn to You.
We repent of any compulsive and addictive behavior like drinking, drugs,
gambling and all other addictions.
We repent of any stealing, lying, deceiving and defrauding. We regret any
lack of affirming others, brushing people off, coldness, unloving and
inconsiderate behavior. We are sorry for gossiping, betrayal of confidences
and all breaches of faith. We repent of any envy, hatred, resentment,
unforgiveness, jealousy, criticizing or judging others, not receiving love in
the way it is offered and withholding expressions of love.
Jesus, sometimes we find it difficult to pray for those who have hurt us and
abused us as we are focused on the hurt and not on You and Your love for us
and them. Help us, Jesus, as we struggle through these difficult times and
release within us by the power of Your Holy Spirit the grace to pray for
them. Jesus, help us to love and pray for those who hurt us because we
know You love and forgive them unconditionally, as You love and forgive
us. We release into Your healing light any resentment or unforgiveness we
harbor towards them. We lift You in prayer, that one person who has hurt
me the most in my life and I ask Your blessings to come into his life today.
Loving Father, let Your Holy Spirit wash away all our negative feelings and
baseless guilt which prevent us from enjoying the fullness of Gods love.

WASH AWAY ALL MY INIQUITY, CLEANSE ME FROM MY SIN

THE MISERERE: PRAYER OF REPENTANCE
Have mercy on me, O God, in Your goodness, in the greatness of Your
compassion wipe out my offense. Thoroughly wash me of my guilt and of
my sin, cleanse me. For I acknowledge my offense, and my sin is before me
always. Against You only have I sinned, and done what is evil in Your
sight. Indeed, in guilt was I born and in sin my mother conceived me.
Behold, You are pleased with the sincerity of heart, and in my inmost being
You teach me wisdom. Cleanse me of sin with hyssop, that I may be
purified: wash me, and I will be whiter than snow Turn away Your face
from my sins, and blot out all my guilt. A clean heart create for me, O God,
and a steadfast spirit renew within me. Cast me not out of Your presence,
and Your Holy Spirit take not from me. Give me back the joy of Your
salvation and a willing spirit sustain in me.

III. WORSHIP
(ALL STAND)
We sought You Lord, and afterwards, we knew that You have moved our
souls to seek you. No one ever cared for us like You, O Lord. Oh how
much You cared for us. Its your blood that cleanses us and gives us life.
Such love you have for us, love so great, so rich, so pure. A love that never
ceases, a love that never ends. It is new every morning.
THE STEADFAST LOVE OF THE LORD NEVER CEASES
HIS MERCIES NEVER COME TO AN END
THEY ARE NEW EVERY MORNING
NEW EVERY MORNING
GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS, O LORD
GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS.
Father God, Your love satisfies our desires. Your love has marvelous
powers to comfort and bind up wounds, to heal and recreate broken lives,
broken dreams, broken hopes and broken hearts. We can never thank You
enough for Your love. There is nothing more we desire at this moment than
to give You our praise, to tell You that we love You in return. Yes, Lord,
we love You.
Heavenly Father, we praise and adore You because You are Lord and You
are our King. Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like You in heaven above
or on earth below. You keep Your covenant of kindness with Your servants
who are faithful to You with their whole heart. You made us and we are
Your people. We give thanks to You and bless Your name, for You are
good. You are the Lord whose kindness endures forever and Your
faithfulness to all generations. Great are You, Lord God! There is none like
You and there is no God but You.
For great is the Lord and highly to be praised; awesome is He beyond all
gods. For all the gods of the nations are things of naught, praise and
grandeur are in His sanctuary. Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice;
let the sea and what fills it resounds; let the plains be joyful and all that is in
them. Then shall the trees in the forest exult before the Lord, for He comes
to rule the earth.
We will exalt Your Name forever and ever. We will send praises to Your
Name, O most high God. We will declare Your wondrous deeds and we will
speak of the glory of Your kingdom and power and might. We will glorify
Your Name, O Lord. Yours is the power and glory and victory and majesty.
Everything in heaven and earth is Yours, O God, and this is Your kingdom.

Son and Holy Spirit.

Hallelujah! Praise You, O Lord, Glory to You, God!
Thank You, O Loving Lord, for allowing us to approach Your throne of
grace with confidence to find favor and receive mercy especially at this time
of need.
Most Compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world! As we
intercede for our brothers and sisters today, we come before You in praise,
worship and adoration. We place ourselves now under Your Cross, to cover
us with Your Most Precious Blood.
We stand on Gods armor to resist the devils tactics. We stand our ground
with truth buckled around our waist and integrity for a breastplate. We carry
the shield of faith to put out the burning arrows of the evil one. We accept
salvation from God to be our helmet and receive the Word of God from the
Holy Spirit to use as a sword. We use our faith believing that today all the
candidates You have brought today to this Life in Spirit Weekend will have
the opportunity to know You more. O merciful God, we ask You to look
down upon them with love and compassion.
Lord Jesus, as we pray for others in Your Name, we ask You to use us to
reach out and touch those we pray for, as though they were Your hands. Let
Your Spirit work through us today, especially as we pray for Your people.
Thank You, Jesus, for Your healing love that is flowing through us at this
very moment.
As intercessors, we ask for Your guidance to be able to know what Your
people need, so that we will know what to pray for. Here we are Lord, Your
prayer warriors standing in the gap for Your people.
We stand in the assurance that, In all these things, we are more than
conquerors through Him Who loved us. For I am certain that neither death
nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future,
nor powers, neither height nor depth nor any other creature, will be able to
separate us from the love of God that comes to us in Christ Jesus, our Lord.

IV. INTERCESSION:
(Please kneel)
Father, in the name of Jesus, we openly confess that the Word of God will
come forth boldly and accurately during this Life in the Spirit Seminar
Weekend and that the people who hear Your Word will not be able to resist
the intelligence, the wisdom and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit that will
be spoken through Your ministers of the Gospel.
We confess that, as Your Word comes forth, an anointing of the Holy Spirit
will cause people to open their spiritual eyes and ears and turn from darkness
to light, from the power of Satan to You, God, and make Jesus their Lord.
We commit this weekend to You, Father, we deposit it into Your charge
entrusting this LSS, the people who will hear, and the people who will
speak, into Your protection and care. We commend this LSS WEEKEND
to the Word the commands and counsels and promises of Your unmerited
favor. Father, as we know, Your Word will build up the people and cause
them to realize that they are joint heirs with Jesus.
We believe, Father, that as Your Word comes forth, an anointing will be
upon the , and the SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR FR. PETE LITERAL: that
they will be controlled completely by the Holy Spirit, for the Word of God
that is spoken is alive and full of power, making it active, operative,
energizing and effective, being sharper than any two-edged sword. We
believe that every need of every person will be met spiritually, physically,
mentally and financially.
We thank You, Father, and praise You that, because we have asked and
agreed together, these petitions have come to pass. Let these words with
which we have made supplication before the Lord, be near to the Lord our
God day and night, that He may maintain the cause and right of His people
in this Life in the Spirit Seminar Weekend as each day of it requires! We
believe all the earths people will know that the Lord is God and there is no
other! Hallelujah!

To feel Your compassion

In Jesus Name, we bind the spirit of illness and trauma. Lord Jesus,
we ask for a drop of Your healing blood upon the body of these
persons, for You are Jehovah Ropheh, our Healer.

In Jesus Name, we bind all generational curses and the transference of
all these curses against their families. In Jesus Name, we put to death

Loving Father, let the cleansing, healing waters of their baptism flow back to

V. CLEANSING
(AFTER THE LAST NAME HAD BEEN READ, CLEANSE YOURSELF
WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS AND LIFT UP THE BURDENS TO THE
FATHER.)
Oh, Loving Father, as intercessors, we have taken upon the burdens and
grief of Your people, but we know that You do not want these burdens and
grief to remain in us. We, therefore, bring all these to Your throne of grace,
where You will dispose of them according to Your wonderful and divine
plan. Wash us clean of all these burdens with the Blood of the Lamb.
Lighten our hearts and fill us with Your peace, love and joy.
Almighty Father, we ask now for You to soak us with the Holy Blood of
Jesus to cleanse us from any burden and any unclean spirit that might have
clung to us as intercessors. In Jesus Name, we bind them all at the foot of
the cross until You, O Lord Jesus, tell it where to go.
(SPEND THE NEXT FIFTEEN MINUTES IN QUIET REFLECTION
AND CONTEMPLATIVE LISTENING. USE YOUR BIBLES OR
MAGNIFICAT FOR MEDITATION FROM SCRIPTURE. PREFER, IF
POSSIBLE TO MEDITATE ON THE LITURGICAL READINGS FOR
THE DAY.)
1. READ a few verses. Do not read too much.
2. THINK How do the words speak to me personally? How can I
apply them practically to my life?
3. PRAY for the grace to live the words just reflected on. Spontaneous
prayer to the Lord in your own affectionate words as the Spirit leads.
Look at the Sacred Host.
4. LISTEN to any words from the Lord or even wordless movements
within your heart. Try to be silent and listen attentively. Again, look
at the host and try to allow Jesus to connect with you.

VI. THANKSGIVING
(CLAIM VICTORY IN JESUS, YOUR FAITH AND TRUST IN THE
LOVE AND MERCY OF THE LORD ASSURES THAT YOUR
PRAYERS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.)
Lord God Almighty, thank You for the healing grace, that flowed from You
through Your Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name, during our intercession. We give
You the glory, the honor and the praise, and we know that, even as we
speak, You, O Lord, have healed those whom we have prayed for.
And we believe, Father, that as we humbly come before Your presence, that
all our prayers and petitions have already been answered. Thanks be to God,
for we are victors in Christ and we have conquered and triumphed through
the Blood of Jesus Christ. We claim victory in Jesus Name.
Heavenly Father, we thank You and praise You for the beautiful gifts You
gave us in Jesus and for the wonderful power there is, as we opened up our
hearts to You in prayer. Lord Jesus, we ask that each of us may have a heart
of praise and thanksgiving at all times and in all places. We ask that all may
praise and thank You regardless of what is happening and that Your love
may flow more abundantly through us now. We know that all things work
together for good to those who love You.
As You flow through us to minister to others, we know that You are flowing
within us to heal our lives, too. Thank You for flooding the deep places of
our lives with Your love. Thank You for washing and cleansing our wounds
and scars from the past that still have the power to dominate our thoughts
and suppress our physical and emotional freedom. Thank You for bringing
light into the shadows and warmth to any cold, dark room in our souls.
Thank You, Father, for the amazing grace of this moment with You. Thank
You for drawing us to prayer and giving us hunger and thirst for You.
Thank You for the joy of surrender, repentance and forgiveness. Thank You
for the Holy Spirit and His fruits which are working in us: Love, Joy, Peace,
Patience, Kindness, Gentleness and Self-Control.
Thank You for Your loving Word that strengthens and empowers us. Thank
You for enabling us to rise out of discouragement and walk in joy, for lifting
us when we fall. We place our trust in You.
Thank You for the blessings of life: family, parents, children, friends,
relatives, friends in the community, our jobs, our homes, the air we breathe,
the water we drink, and our country. Thank You for all who helped us along
the way, bless them Lord. Thank You for faith, freedom and health. Thank

from You.
You are the God who performs miracles; You display Your power among
Your people. (Psalm 77:14)
Lord, give us Your blessings. Let Your light shine upon us always. Great
are You, Lord. Be exalted in our lives, in our families, in our community, in
our country in all the earth. HALLELLUJAH!!
