1. Inception: The Start Up Challenge: 19 20 April, PEC, Sector 12, Chandigarh

The timings of the event would be (Manu has been informed):-

We need to put up Yi information desk.
Things to be carried: Yi standees, Yi annual report, Yi membership form and camera

2. Orientation Session at Vivek High School on 23 April 2014 from 1300-1400 hrs.
a. Manu to check with Amanjot Kaur, Chair, Youth Affairs for things required
b. Manu to inform the vivek coordinator for the things required.
c. Camera is not available on 23 April.
d. Things to carry: Standees.

3. Literary Session with Abhinav Bindra: 1200 1315 hrs, 25 April 2014, The Millennium
School
a. Confirmation from Abhinav Bindra for the session
b. Information shared with Manu
c. Manu to register the event on mycii
d. Information sent to all members and Yi nets (Manu to follow up for confirmations)
e. Camera blocked with Chanderpal Rana
f. Things to be carried: Camera & Yi standees
g. A video message by Abhinav Bindra to be made for next Yi GC meeting. Manu to
check with Jai for that.
h. Event created and updated on fb. Admin rights of Chandigarh fb page is with Manu
and Abhishek Puri. Manu to keep updating the things on FB.

4. Show the Ink, See prices Sink
a. This campaign will be done for Mohali elections from 1-3 May.
b. Event created and updated on fb. Manu to register the event on mycii
c. Media partner invite has been sent to Tarun to organize a press conference.
d. Emails sent to all brands keeping Manu in loop.
e. Poster design sent to Manu for reference and use.

5. Yi Membership Renewal
a. Manu to coordinate with members for membership renewal
b. Mailer shared with Manu
c. List shared with Manu

6. Yi EC Meet
a. Manu to check with the chairman for date and venue
b. Manu to block camera with Chanderpal Rana
c. Manu to register the event on mycii

7. MOUs to be signed with the Yi nets

8. Payment needs to made to Aura Vaseela for Pathfinder Workshop and Sarovar Group for the
Policy Workshop held at ISB.
a. Gaurav Sharda to make the cheque for payment.

9. Video designing for Yi & Yi standees to be displayed at members outlets

10. Development of Incubation cell at CGC, Landran
a. Yi to provide mentoring, entrepreneurship development sessions & internship
assistance
b. Proposal sent to Munish Jauhar, Jai & Manu
c. Manu to check with Munish for updates.
11. To check with the National Team if Yi member Navita Mahajan can still take the
membership. She will be 46 in November.
