Anyone who entrusts hise!f to the "ord #esus Christ in the
ensuing tie need not fear a$andonent when %onfronted $y
diffi%u!ties.
&he ad'ersary(s )ower has indeed ne'er had a ore destru%ti'e
inf!uen%e u)on $e!ie'ers than wi!! $e the %ase now. *n%redi$!y
harsh easures wi!! $e ta+en whi%h intend that the huan $eing
shou!d a$andon the Christian faith, that he shou!d deny #esus
Christ and adhere to a new %ourse whi%h re)resents %o)!ete!y
different fundaenta! tea%hings to those of #esus Christ.
And u%h wi!! $e a%%o)!ished $y these easures, any )eo)!e
wi!! !ose the +now!edge of -i if they do not %ourageous!y stand
fir against those who dee these!'es ighty.
&here is One Who is u%h ightier and those who trust in -i
need not worry. &he "ord wi!! gi'e the e'erything, they wi!! $e
+now!edgea$!e and wise and s)ea+, where ne%essary, with fu!!
%on'i%tion on $eha!f of their "ord and .a'iour, they wi!! $e a$!e to
%ounter e'ery %ontention/ $e%ause the s)irit of those who fight
for Christ is awa+e and wi!! anifest itse!f in the hour of need.
0'en if e'erything earth!y sees to disa))ear, the Word of God,
whi%h -e -ise!f ga'e to )eo)!e on earth, wi!! %ontinue without
fai!. For God says 1My Word sha!! not )ass away in a!! eternity ....(
On a%%ount of this Word a fier%e $att!e wi!! %oen%e, $ut this
$att!e is not re!ated to wor!d e'ents .... *t is a $att!e whi%h
ere!y %on%erns the a%+now!edgeent of #esus Christ.
&his $att!e wi!! indeed %!ai sa%rifi%es, $ut anyone who wants to
$e strengthened $y di'ine gra%e wi!! a!so re%ei'e the strength to
wi!!ing!y endure e'en those sa%rifi%es. -e wi!! readi!y s)ea+ on
$eha!f of #esus Christ and wi!! no !onger fear $ut undaunted!y
fa%e e'ents.
And the "ord needs )eo)!e who sa%rifi%e these!'es for -i and
are a!ways )re)ared to do God(s wi!!, $e%ause it is a %riti%a! tie
and re2uires fu!! %oitent. *t $rings e'ents whi%h %an on!y $e
endured with faith in #esus Christ $ut whi%h a!so ena$!e the
huan $eing(s sou! to ature fu!!y and $ring hi the greatest
reward,

s)irit whi%h wi!! tea%h hi and )ro'ide hi with strength through
