Our subsidiary Kanrich Finance is a fully fledged finance company,
incorporated in 1971 as Mutual Investments and Finance Limited,
under the Companies Ordnance Act No. 51 of 1938. The Company
operates as a finance company registered under the Monetary Board
of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Companies Act No
