Dear Sir,
With reference to your above referred mail for the subject job works as desired, we are pleased to submit our offer
using two options: 1. Isolatek Type MII System (ISOLATEK) 2. CAFCO Fendolite MII System (Promat) for this
project which is designed to achieve 2 hr fire rating for steel structures and vessels skirts. Our offer is detailed as
under:JOB/MATERIAL SPECIFICATION :1. Check the existing surface.
2. Supply and apply the suitable fireproofing material including adhesive, pins, galvanised mesh, and topcoat
along with silicone sealant as recommended by manufacturer with suitable thickness to achieve the desired
fire rating.
OUR SCOPE OF WORK :1. We shall carryout the job as per above specification.
2. Provision of all Fireproofing materials, accessories, etc. required to carryout the job.
3. We shall provide all the equipments, trained technicians, supervisors, etc. required to carryout the job as per
the above specifications.
4. We shall provide food for our technicians at site till job completion.
5. We shall follow all the necessary QA/QC and safety procedures at site and shall comply with the standard
application procedures.
AHEC OBLIGATIONS :1. To carry out all the priming of steel with a compatible primer prior to fireproofing (compatibility of primer to be
confirmed by manufacturer of FP materials).
2. Provision of shuttering materials towards application of materials.
3. Provision of potable water in proper storage tanks, 3-phase electricity, material storage, material and
equipment handling facility free of cost at site.
4. Provision of site access, gate passes, permission to work at night shift if required, etc. to our personnel.
5. Provision of dust free solid ground level, disposal of waste, etc.

6. Provision of free accommodation and local transportation to our crew till job completion.
7. Provision of proper storage facility for our supplied paints and other accessories.
8. Provision of proper operating platform & lifting facility to shift machines, compressor and material within 20
meters reach To and Fro from the work front.
9. Provision of proper supports for the structure members for carrying out the fireproofing paint works along with
all necessary scaffolding materials.
10. Provision of site office space with all preliminary facilities and car park facilities.
11. Any touch-up / repair of fireproofing works damaged due to any trade activity.
12. Any approvals required from the local authorities like Civil Defence to be arranged and provided by the main
contractor at no extra cost to M/s. Swiss Intl LLC.
13. Any Third party Inspection to be arranged and provided by the main contractor at no extra cost to M/s. Swiss.
14. All other trade activities should be kept away from the location where the fire proofing work is in progress.
PRICE :Our offer to carry out fireproofing as mentioned above shall be as the attached:
Annexure 1 for Isolatek Type MII system
Annexure 2 for CAFCO Fendolite MII system
PRICE VARIATION:1) The Prices given in the above mentioned Annexure are for the said quantities based on the bill of quantity
provided by you and under assumption of continuous hindrance free work front.
2) All areas shall be measured / re-measured after application. Any area over and above the BOQ shall be
treated as a variation and separate prices shall be applicable.
3) If there is any idling of our manpower / machinery due to non availability of work front after mobilisation than
idling charges shall be applicable at mutually agreed rates.
TERMS OF PAYMENT :1. 25% advance payment with CDC upon signing of contract; to facilitate procurement of paint materials.
2. The remaining 75% shall be released within 30 days upon submission of monthly progressive invoices.
3. Retention under any kinds shall not be acceptable.
VALIDITY :Our offer is valid for 4 weeks from the date hereof.
COMMENCEMENT:To be mutually discussed and agreed upon after signing of contract.

JOB/CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE :It is mandatory to receive our official job acceptance for any contractual obligations.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE :Standard Force Majeure Clause prevailing in Oman governs our offer.
INSURANCE :Our Employees are covered under Oman Workmen compensation policy however our quotation for the subject job
is based under the presumption that you have already effected the necessary / exclusive Insurance coverage to
the Machines / Equipment / Structures, etc., for the damage that might occur during the course of our job
execution.
