Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subjected job, we are submitting you our offer for the Cladding works as
under:

JOB SPECIFICATION:-
Check the surface and clean from dust and grease prior to start the cladding installation
procedure.
Install client fabricated 0.9mm aluminium Sheet over the ducts and pipelines.
To seal & secure all the longitudinal and circumferential joints using suitable weather proof
sealant, Bands, wires, metal screws & rivets

SWISSCO SCOPE:-
We shall carryout the job as per above specification.
Provision of all tools,tackles,machinery, etc. required to carry out the job as per the above job
specification.
We shall provide all the skilled technicians and supervisors.
We shall follow all necessary QA/QC, safety procedures at site and shall comply with stand,
application procedures.

ANO SCOPE:-
Supply of cladding sheets and accessories shall be under M/s ANO scope.
Fabrication of the aluminium sheets for the ducts and pipelines.
Provision of support for tapping screws and flat bars fixing shall be under M/s ANO scope.
Provision of water, 3-phase electricity and material storage facility, fabrication yard material and
equipment handling facility free of cost at site.
Proper Scaffolding or man lift should be provided for the cladding works.
Provision of accommodation free of cost to our crew at site.
Provisions of necessary gate pass for our technicians to work at above site.
Obtaining all approvals relating to the job from the concerned authorities shall be main
contractors scope.
All on site transport of material free of cost.
Proper disposal of the waste cladding material.
Provision of proper level and covered space for fabrication work.
Provision of site office space with preliminary facilities and car park facilities.
All other trade activities shall be kept away where - is under progress.
To provide Letter of Assistant (LOA) for making passes for our technicians.
Obtaining all approvals relating to the job from the concerned authorities shall be main
contractors scope.
Any protective coating over the cladding is in client scope.

PRICE:-
Our offer to carry out the cladding works shall be as per the attached price Annexure -1.


MEASUREMENT CLAUSE:-
Our quoted price is based on you boq provided by us and its Re Measurable basis
Cladding for ducts shall be measured in square meters and for pipes shall be treated in running
metres ; and for valve boxes in numbers over the treated surface.
Step down flanges for the ducts shall be considered as 4m2 minimum for each flange including 4
sides.
Duct and pipe Fittings shall be charged extra as 1.5 times the actual area for elbows, reducers, tee
joints and 2.25 times for flange box, VCD ,FD boxes etc.
The quantities given in schedule are as per your revised boq. If there is any change in specification /
BOQ at later stage shall be considered as variation and will be charged on pro rata basis.
The price is given on the assumption that there will be a continuous hindrance free work front
available at site after we mobilize the site.
If there is any delay / no work front available due to any of the clients obligation and our
technicians are idle after mobilization then idling charges shall be paid extra at a unit rate OMR
1.500/Hrs for Manpower; OMR 20/Day for machine.

Note:-
Our programme and costs are based on the BOQ provided. Site visit and detailed drawings
required before final agreement.
Any Change in above mentioned BOQ or Specification at a later stage shall be considered as
variation and shall be charged extra accordingly.
Please note that the price quoted is based on the cladding works carried out in OMAN.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:-

10% of the contract value as advance payment released upon CDC upon signing of contract.
The remaining 90% shall be released on monthly progressive invoices, against 30 days payment
terms, upon submission of invoice.
Retention of any kind shall not be applicable.


COMMENCEMENT:-
To be discussed and agreed upon finalisation.

VALIDITY:-
Our offer is valid for 3 weeks from the date of this offer.


FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:-
Our offer is governed by the Standard Force Majeure clause prevailing in OMAN.

JOB/CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE:-
Our official Job Acceptance is required for any contractual obligations.


INSURANCE:-
Our employees are covered under OMAN workmens Compensation policy. However our quotation for
the subject job is based under the presumption that you have already affected the necessary /
exclusive Insurance Coverage to the machines / Equipment / Structures, etc. for the damage that
might occur during the course of our job execution.
