Course "es#ri$tio%:
This course is meant to provide a general introduction to the legal
environment that affects individuals, businesses, and business transactions.
Students will explore and understand the basic principles of contract law
including contract formation, contract defenses, breach of contract and
remedies for breach of contract. In addition, the course will examine the
basic principles of product liability law, real property, secured transactions
and bankruptcy.
