PROJECT
In the present context of economic crisis, there
are common lines that the European Union is
required to deal, including the high level of
unemployment and the low birth rate, in pa-
rallel with the bad economic results.
European families face an increased conficts in
their family life and working life, so one of the
most efective methods for reconciling work and
family results in work at home.
For that reason, our project is directed to the
need to provide training for women with
children who want to combine work and family
performing a work from home. Therefore train-
ing material is required and especially imple-
ment practical activities that refect the chance
to learn by doing performing business experi-
ence
real.
The predicted approach is multipurpose and
interdisciplinar, in particular when used experi-
mental and interactive learning process associ-
ated with the intensive use of ICT methods. All
partner countries had the task of gathering infor-
mation about the topic in their context and
taking into account characteris- tics heterogene-
ous, approaches and resources in order to
develop a training course on basic business com-
petencies (focused on HBB) that we will test in
each partner country with a small group (15-25
people) women with children, who will have
consulting for creating of their business.
General Objectives
- Support participants in training, acquire and
use their knowledge, develop skills and qualifca-
tions to use into the opening as the manage-
ment of your company and to facilitate the
reconcilia- tion of family and work.
- Meet the needs and realize the skills in a
continuous transformation envi- ronment for
women with children who want to open a
business at home (HBB).
Specic Objectives
- Develop and test a practical based training kit
that actvidades intending optimize the skills of
women with children to open up the HBB, this kit
can then be adapted to the specifc needs of the
benefciaries taking into account the level of
integration of each of partner in the programs
vocational training.
- Strengthen and establish stronger links
between vocational training and "real life" for
women with children who want to open a HBB -
promoting and putting into practice new organi-
zational and pedagogical approaches in the
framework of organizazoes associated
- Facilitate and develop innovative prac- tices
and their sharing between all participating
countries in the feld of education and training of
business skills of women.
