Program Objectives

The program is aimed at providing the students complete flexibility in pursuing further education without compromising on quality.

A Samsung Tab 4 (provided along with the study material) will give 24X7 access to the study material on the go. On the completion of the program,
students are expected to have acquired:

A systematic approach to identification of business problems and their solutions.
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
The ability to make competent decisions.
Familiarity in applying these tools in business like situations.
A broad knowledge of concepts, policies and techniques applicable to efficient administration and management of business.
CIRCULAR
In keeping with the spirit of AICTE directives on admission to the MBA Program and as per the decision of the Academic Senate, the University will
conduct, from the current Spring drive, an Admission test called the SMUDE Management Aptitude Test (SMAT). This test will be a proctored one.
The result sheet of the test duly signed by the proctor should be attached along with the other documents when they are sent to the University for
Admission. However, students who meet any one of the following criteria would be exempted from taking the SMAT

3 Year Graduation from a recognized University AND student must qualify in the #entrance test conducted by University

#Exemption for entrance test conducted by the University to MBA program:

A candidate has a score card of National / International MBA Entrance Test* and his/her score is 45 percentile or above. However, the score card
should not be more than one year old at the time of admission at SMU-DE
All are advised to comply with the above mentioned requirement.

Fees
Students can choose to pay their fees through either of the following payment options,
1. Semester-wise payment
Under this option a student would pay the fees at the time of registration as per the schedule below. The semester fees would be inclusive of
tuition, examination and alumni fee.
1st Instalment Rs 34,150
2nd Instalment Rs 12,300
3rd Instalment Rs 12,300
4th Instalment Rs 13,250
2. One-time Payment
Rs. 62,805/- (inclusive of exam fee Rs.8,400/- and Alumni fee Rs.800/-)
