The Statement of the Local Governance Report(SLGR) of the Municipality of
Boliney is the embodiment of our continuous commitment to provideResponsive Service
for Boliney. It chronicles the journey of the Municipality of Boliney as it strives to uplift its
socio-economic status.

My fellow servants of the government, and municipal officials we have done our
services to the most optimum way we can, yet we need to exert more efforts to do
better for the coming year for this report contains the result of the implementation of
programs, projects and activities of the local government for the Calendar Year 2012.

Hence, I extend my sincerest commendation to the members of the
SangguniangBayan for having participated meticulously in the critique of the programs
and projects on the aspects of policy and law-making.

Likewise, the commendation is due to theheads of offices and the LGU
luminaries for having concretized the steps and thedefined direction on the aspect of
implementation and monitoring.

With fervent hopes, sustained diligence and notable dedication I am positive that
theLGU shall continue to perform to their utmost performance towards continuous
development for the years to come.

GREETINGS!!!

The Statement of the Local Governance Report (SLGR) of the Municipality of
Boliney serves as a report card of the collaborative and unified efforts of municipal
officials and heads of offices of our quest for effective governance and efficient delivery
of basic services.

The worthy members of the Sangguniang Bayan have taken up the challenge to
worktogether in unison of moving the legislative body achieve greater heights through
thepassage and enactment of legislative measures that are more responsive to
thepeoples needs, a legislation that supports the comprehensive plans and programs of
our Local Chief Executive geared towards the general welfare of the people of
Boliney.We acknowledgewith deep and sincere appreciation their valuable
contributions.

The planning and implementation of the different programs and projects for
Calendar Year 2012 have been a very hard endeavor considering our
limitedresources.But with everyone doing his share we were able to turn our vision
forBoliney into a reality.I am indeed grateful for the commitment of the municipal officials
who have lead and have been involved in the implementation of said programs and
projects.
