How To Incite a Movement

IN-CITE (V.): To stir, encourage, or urge on; stimulate or

prompt to action: to incite a crowd to riot.

Synonyms:
instigate, provoke, goad, spur, arouse, exhort; fire; induce. Incite,
rouse, provoke, inflame are verbs meaning to goad or inspire an ind i-
vidual or a group to take some action or to express some feeling. Incite
and rouse are similar in that, although they can imply in some contexts
abrasive or inflammatory arousal of violent or uncontrolled behavior,
neither necessarily does so.
Incite means simply to induce activity, of whatever kind: incited to
greater effort by encouragement; incited to riot. Rouse has an underly-
ing sense of awakening: to rouse the apathetic soldiers to a determina-
tion to win; to rouse the inattentive public to an awareness of the dan-
ger. Provoke implies a sense of challenge or irritation along with
arousal and often suggests a resultant anger or violence: provoked by
scathing references to his accomplishments; to provoke a wave of re-
sentment. Inflame, with its root sense to set afire, implies a resultant in-
tensity and passion: to inflame a mob by fiery speeches; He was in-
flamed to rage by constant frustration.

How To Incite a Movement

Here is What a Master Oracle Looks Like:

It’s the legendary anti-traditionalist infinite human possibility,

who has forever done as he or he wishes and achieved
that which other people can only wish to merely dream.

You live a life that gives evidence to what you believe and
leave a piece of yourself into the minds and imaginations
of entire societies. Only because you can and decide to.

He has seen more than you could possibly ever imagine and
covets a certain mystery that becomes his slippery persona,
which is kept meticulously —like a fine wine—hidden in plain sight.

He is the most formidable being of his genre, the exemplar

rogue amongst his circle of charms and he can, in his sleep. . .
render all within ear shot—silent; as he whispers into them.

He floats above his legend. Draws crowds at will and just is

himself. His bounty is his freedom. Not his possessions.

People who can demonstrate this, become ROGUE leaders

and they have to come from the streets; not from a company.

Attire and Robe:
You can not look, act or sound like anyone else. While
imitation is a sincere form or flattery, the village will never
surround and hail someone who is just like them as “leader”
because to be like the villagers, means that you have not yet
elevated to a vision beyond what they can see.

Use Bill Gates, Steven Jobs, Colonel Sanders or George

Washington as examples. Jobs walked around barefoot. Gates
refused to shower and wore oversized glasses and Colonel
Sanders wore an unusual white suit pinned against a little
white mustache and gotee.

Washington rarely answered questions. He stood tall and be-

cause of his ability to lead without question, he became the
influence to all he influenced. There are two kinds of people,
the common and un-common and those of influence who
reign power over those who are prepared to be influenced.

To sound and look different takes great humility. It takes a

self esteem that is different and higher than those who have a
vein ego who insist on fitting in. The need to be liked is van-
ity. To risk ridicule, to simply be authentic, takes humility.

How To Incite a Movement
Unusual People Who Challenge The Status Quo Start
Movements. It has to start from the bottom. Not the top.

To incite a movement who have to come from below. You

have to be “of the people” first and come from within the vil-
lage and then use an unusual energy to empire your own..

Welcome to age of leverage and to a time where harnessing

each other is becoming more and more a taboo. Companies
harness you. Companies make it almost impossible to climb
the ladder and companies, who are so full of rules and regu-
lations and layers of management and protocol, are going thy
way of Dinosaur.

In an era of 2010 where change is not only apparent but criti-

cally expected, waiting for the boys at the top of the pyramid
to make the changes, can no longer be tolerated. Simply be-
cause we don’t have the luxury of time, do we.

So what the landscape now is begging for (not too strong a

word) is rogue street-wise visionaries who can lead from be-
low and who can gather thousands of world changers who to-
gether can share instant mobility, equity and communication.

Page # 6

How To Incite a Movement
The new leverage available to everyone now is that the status
quo no longer works. Because in a world where the dollar is no
longer worth a dollar and a “job” can no longer secure a fami-
lies future (bye, bye to the gold watch), today, more than ever
the masses are looking for not only a better self directed self-
made economy, but a ladder that they can control themselves
versus a ladder only made to survive those lucky enough to
participate successfully within a corporate hierarchy of who
knows who and who politics well. All rubbish.

The new game is to create your own modus operandi and your
own rules before someone else does. Who has the time to work
their way up a ladder anymore when even the companies can
no longer predict that the ladder will even be around by the
fourth quarter!

The Million Mind March broke a cardinal rule and we did so

on purpose. While the industry at large trained us to pray to the
company, we asked that we pray to each other and to make
each others equity bigger than any single company ever could
be. From there we allowed people to earn on a few what in
MLM you could not earn on fifty. To survive you have to not
only challenge the status quo, but change the rules all together.

Character Will Out-Earn Cash

and Compensation Plans

In the future, the new opportunity will be each other. People

have recently learned not to trust not only banks and wall
street, but Government. When the crash of September 2008
came, we were taught that our money wasn’t safe if held by
men in suits who worked at banks.

Then with the Fannie Mae scam, which was structured by the
United States government, we then also learned that we can’t
even trust their own government.

In the future, in 20010, the little guys like you and me will
create their own economies. It is you and me and the social re-
formists and grass roots revolutionaries like us, who will . . .

** Create their own www.paypal.com on-line internet banks.

** Trade money with each other.

** Trust each other and market and build financial equity

amongst ourselves, and no longer trust “companies.”

Page # 8

How To Incite a Movement

In the future cash will become the new true king and those
without it will be considered weak and somehow a bit odd.

In the future people will ask, “do you care about me, do you
really care about me?”

And you better be prepared to back it up if you say that

you do.

Nobody Wants To Be Lynched By The Mob, Nobody:

You will be tested by the people. They will tar and feather
greed mongers and publicly crucify their own who buries their
kind financially as the suits did to them not too long ago.

The new valuation will be honor, character

and “what’s in it for others rather than, “what’s in it for me?”

Why?

Because we as a people won’t do to EACH OTHER what

Washington D.C did to us.

In the future the new money and wealth won’t be valued in

how much you earn, but rather in how well you serve. In fact,
if they see you earning or even pretending to earn, the popu-
lous will wince because tolerance of greed and the show of
money will be distasteful.

Page # 9

What 2010 Will Look Like:

** Heritics (bold leaders who boil on stage) will lead.

** The FTC will step in and make profiteering off the weak
virtually impossible. Try like the dickens if you must, but the
days of hurting little old ladies in the name of “opportunity”
where it costs $5,000 to buy a money-game are over.

** Google will shut down accounts faster than you can adver-
tise and fill up a firehouse with people on a free pancake
breakfast and “all you can eat” community fund raiser.

Gone will be advertising on-line ponzi schemes created by

dreks who are marketing sociopaths. Bye, bye.

Gone will be the patience of earning 5% and 10% in MLM

programs that feed the company, but require you to assemble
100’s of people before you can even crack $500 per month.

I mean really, who has the time anymore to build a flock of

100’s of people in order to earn only $500-$1,000 dollars?

Page # 10

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

Also, the question will change from, “How many did you
gather” to “how did you gather them?” —–and people will
evaluate you based on whether or not people have trusted you,
not by how big your house is.

In 2006 we asked, “How big is your organization?”

Now it will be, “Did you trick anyone into joining?”

In 2007 the question was about who made what and who got
richer the fastest and who can so spit the furthest. Today it will
be about prove that you’re HEALING people versus who has
the hottest compensation plan. Why? Because we can no
longer permit each other to do to ourselves as the SYSTEM
did to us in the world economic crash of 2008.

Therefore, if you ask people to empty their pockets for you,

you better be prepared (and expect) to be lynched.

Publicly no less! Sam Walton was never seen fleecing anyone.

All he ever did at Wal-Mart was FIGHT for us and get us to
come back and back and back, to buy the entire store!

Ask people to empty their bank accounts for you and expect to
be lynched.

When Greed Becomes What To Look For:

Make no bones about it. We as a people have the money. It’s
under our beds now and we have plenty of it. But to whom we
deem worthy of sharing it with now has flipped to a decision
of honor, rather than an impulse or greed.

Gone are the days where people like us throw money around.
Ruths Chris and American Eagle are oh so last year.

We will needle pick and search for other soldiers to trade with.
Everyone else can kiss our asses and the “kiss of death” is to
he who even pretends to be watching our backs if in fact, he
hasn’t first proven his faith, into us, through service and
good will.

Use Barnes and Nobles as an example. If they aren’t set up to

allow you to sample it for free, run. If people trying to hustle
you don’t feed you and make you cozy BEFORE you buy, run.

Barnes and Nobles is the high art as is Wal-Mart and Target

stores.

Page # 12

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

To Incite a Movement You Need a Party:

Did you ever notice that people “hang out” at Barnes and No-
bles? From now on , before you decide to lay your name down
on anything, look for the party atmosphere.

Look for the crowd.

There’s a crowd at Million Mind March.

There’s a crowd at Costco.
There’s a crowd at Wal-Mart.
There’s a crowd at Greatful Dead concerts.

And if there isn’t a crowd, you’ll know why.

And if there is a large party atmosphere, as there is at Wal-

Mart, Costco and Barnes and Nobles, they’re one of
us and we trade with our own.

And another thing, write this down, “People with money don’t
need to sell money or even mention it.” Why? Because places
of service were rich before you even entered their environ-
ment. So why discus what you already have and already are?

Watch out for those who speak money; because chances are,
they don’t have any.

How To Incite a Movement

“Death is a Feather and Duty is a Rock”

Greed, dishonor and giving up is the death of character

and has no weight. It can be decided in an instant and
therefore is as light as a feather.

Character on the other hand, is as heavy as a large

rock. It becomes a burden and you have to discipline
yourself to “be” just as divine as you were destined to
be, at your conception.

The choice of poverty is a choice to give up and give

in and is man’s own death of ambition.

No Great Movement Was Ever “Poor”

The weight of poverty is as light as a feather and is the choice

for many, who choose “death” rather than duty. When you can
feel other people and you become magnanimous, you assume
the Warriors path and the duty of bringing honor to others be-
comes your choice of daily trade.

It’s not easy. It’s a burden.

You have to wake up earlier and do more life.

Page # 14

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

You get ridiculed and often while the gold is virtually guaran-
teed, the pay days are slower at first. The choice of fast money
is at the expense of other people. It’s the death of your fathers
sir name. Its chase will bring shame to your own kind and it’s
the death of your reputation. It has no weight, no value and
certainly no long term equity. It’s like a feather; no weight.

The challenge then is to become a rock, rather than a feather.

If you say it, you mean it, and if you say it, you do what you
say. Your new heritage is your name and not how well you
earn. You are like a statue. You don’t move. You don’t quit.

In fact, you are so solid and sure that it’s like someone opened
you up and poured two tons of sand into your shoes.

Movements Automatically ERASE those who lie:

The fact is, until you can reveal your original truth that was
born into you and until who you are as in Good News Mer-
chant becomes what you do and what you market,
you won’t be able to see the truth and love in others and as a
result, others will notice that flaw in you and cancel

you out of their own futures.

Page # 15

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement
If you see money, you will see others as meal tickets and they

will feel your insecurity.

However, if you are truest to yourself and to your highest self,

a village of people will surround you and ask, “what do you
see” and “can you show us how to see that too.”

That’s what happened to myself and Jerry Garcia

You Learn To Make The Un-Seen Imaginable:

A true leader is someone who can see what other people

can’t yet see. They speak in common words and yet sound
like no one else alive. A leader can show you things that he or
she can see, that you too can sense, but you can not yet see
yourself.
And then people ask the leader, “can you teach us to see
what I only yet can feel?
That was the magic of John Lennon and Martin King, Jr. You
knew that what they saw was alive. But you couldn’t yet actu-
ally see it yourself. But they as leaders were able to make the
invisible, imaginable. That is what a leader can do. They give
sight and vision.

Page # 16

In The Future As In Now:

People will wrap around the globe and line up to be given

sight.

At the Million Mind March we sell the tickets.

And once people enter our world, we teach them how to “be”
more life.

To more people and first, to be more to themselves.

Some ask, “but that is not what I want, what I want is more
marketing classes and what I really want is to learn to get more
people.”

And we snicker and say, “Poor man, how silly. Don’t you un-
derstand that until you become more of yourself more people
will not want to have more of you?”

People actually believe that the secret is outside of themselves.

In fact, until you become more of SELF more people will have
no interest in finding you!

So then the precept then is, “If you build people the people
will build you.”

The Bob Dylan System

of Attraction and Wealth

When you become a rock, you become a place of rest for other
people. When you become a rock, you become a place of heal-
ing for other people.

And they then decide to stop and sit on you and rest.

So you do this, you stand still.

Because you stand for something. You speak your desire of

others into mankind and then sit still, you will begin to watch a
village grow all around.

Artists Start Movements: Artists

The future will be ruled by teachers and artists who

paint the design of more life into more people and who make a
loving doing all of themselves as a way of living.

Page # 18

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

That is what we do. It worked for Thomas Edison. It worked

for Bob Dylan. It works today for teachers like Tom Hanks and
Robert Di Niro and it will work for you.

What you decide to teach you ultimately can not resist be

coming yourself.

The Kung Fu of Money:

Bruce Lee was an immigrant in America and penniless. He

taught Jeet-Koon Do for free in parking lots and college
grounds. He later became a living legend and then after death,
an icon.

Me? I started in diners. I’d bring my books on prosperity and

over coffee we would teach each other prosperity.

You would speak SIZE into me and then I would speak SIZE
and DESIRE into you

All we did was agree to agree that we were all free. Funny.
The bible (somewhere) talks about “when two minds sit and
agree.” But then I took it to another level and then asked
10,000 people if they could see what I saw!

Page # 19

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

And now here we are. We sit. We chat and we speak prosperity

back and forth to each other. And over time, what you speak
about and teach about——— becomes you.

Why? Because you will never out earn your lips.

Here is why that LAW is a law:

Because you will never out earn your lips.

Why? Because what you TELL other people they can do, you
trick yourself into believing that you can do also. Why? Be-
cause what you do to other people the Father does back to you.

Why? Because to be free you first have to un-lock your own

mind. At first, I was insecure.

So when I was small and penniless, I assembled my Master

Mind club and asked them to remind me of my wealth.

Over time, I learned to believe what was spoken into me and to

me, and then what I spoke about came about.

Page # 20

Oprah did the same thing. She sat in front of a nation and
taught them more about self. Did she get rich over night?
Hardly. But what she TAUGHT she became.

Billionaires are not the only self-made Millionaires alive.

Everyone is self made. You make yourself. Poor or rich and

sad and happy. You pick. I took the short cut. I decided to
“make” more self-image into more people. What I un-locked
people from, they in turn un-locked me. Thus, I never had to
work another day in my life.

Why? Because as the God book says . . .

What you do TO other people HE does back to you.

Now, find three people and turn their lives UP-SIDE down.

Million Mind March

Be known as a fighter. FIGHT for other people. Be a rock.

Underdogs Start Movements

Mangers Manage People Where There is No Bravery

People with no guts manage other people. People with no guts

use common pedigree language and they are called managers.

Anyone can be a manager just as anyone can promote an op-

portunity and try to use others to make their rent payments.
Anyone can jump from money pool to “biz opp” and most
people do. Only the strongest, only underdogs who used to be
an out-cast, start MOVEMENTS.

Ghandi was an out-cast.

Diane Hochman was an out-cast.

Malcolm X started as a pimp, went to prison and was an out-

cast. He also turned himself in an icon for being an underdog.

Managers cheerfully follow the rules. They have to in order to

remain employed. They politic, make everyone like them and
they are a dime a dozen. World chargers take risks and

Page # 22

The Million Mind March Community

understand going into their divine assignment that because they

are different and because they are prepared to break the rules
that they will polarize people.

Great People Polarize. Average People Do Not.

Great People Divide and Conquer. Common People Fit in.

Great people are looking to CHALLENGE the state of affairs.

Managers can’t even imagine doing the un-imaginable.

To INCITE a “CAUSE” or a movement requires you to be

over the top. Some will call you crazy and many will cast you
off as someone not worthy of watching. But think again because
ordinary thinking and ordinary effort is never enough to gen-
erate mania amongst other bell-ringers who will walk away
from you if you are anything even remotely similar to common.
That’s because “ordinary” is akin to doing barely enough which
is an un-safe constitution for would-be followers.

Only extraordinary people with DARE and GUTS who flaunt

themselves as LEADERS get to lead; these bear cats have
inexhaustible energy, speak high oratory and are irresistible.

Page # 23

Ordinary Organizations Go Away

Movements Double Every Six Months

In a Recession, You Double Your Prices.

Only Because You Spit in The Face of Fear!

In the old model of “organizations” (versus Movements) you ex-

perienced life as things happened. Warehouses would close. Up-
lines would leave and leave you there all alone. Companies
would become numb because the MLM product is now on the
shelf at COSTCO and compensation plans would eventually
change in order for the company (yawn) to earn more as you
earned less and less. But that was yesterday.

Now, the leaders in Movements MAKE things happen and they

react DIFFERENTLY than any ten companies combined would
ever dare; in fear that their “customers” might revolt.

Case in point: In 2009 The Million Mind March, in bold

defiance of what “society” called a recession, we basically dou-
bled our monthly membership. How? By jacking the price!

Page # 24

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

So we did what any Heritic movement would do. We changed

the monthly fee from $48 to almost $80 and only to piss off the
boys who tried to promote fear within a society that was steeped
in a “recession” and to PROVE, that in times when blood ap-
pears to be in the streets, BEARS rule who rule with FAITH!

No guts, no glory. So then when everyone else is sleeping you

stay up and work. When everyone is “oh poor me” you teach
people how to become TEN feet TALL and bullet proof. When
everyone is belly aching about the economy, you JACK up and
double your price. Why? Simply as a means to validate prosper-
ity and to spit in the face of an economy that is teaching fear.

Everyone laughed at Google. “It can’t last” and no one believed

that they could survive. Well, everyone is wrong. Everyone ig-
nored the COMMUNITY and everyone ignored the little guys.
So the music companies only focused on selling CD’s and the
managers of music publishing giants ignored downloads and
music sharing. WELL THEY WERE WRONG!

Everyone will tell you to look for the slick website and the slick
money game so everyone can get rich and become retired.

Page #25

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement

Well guess what? Those people ARE WRONG TOO.

The equity is in each other and in building fellow Zealots who

stand for something. That will mean more to people than just an-
other website and a compensation plan that most people will
never even live to execute in the first place.

Everyone will tell you the new money is in Twitter or social me-
dia or anything, anything at all, excerpt LEADERSHIP.

Notice how in a business OF people and ABOUT people, “they”

try to persuade you into believing that the long term equity is in
better communicating TO each other rather than showing you
how to BE THE LEADER yourself: isn’t that kinda weird?
Doesn’t that trigger in you the question, “how come?”

The “how come” is simple: The powers that be don’t want you
to learn how to create your own movement, because if they did,
you’d leave them and create your own tribe and your own well
of fans and not need THE COMPANY any longer!

Don’t miss the next wave. It’s not in CD’s or downloads. The
next wave is in communities that listen to music together.

Page # 26

The music of potential

The music of “I am TEN feet tall and bullet proof.”

The music of loverage, not the harping on and on about money.

The music of the soul, which is the music of SERVICE.

The music that sounds like forever which can only be

categorized by an instant FEELING of accomplishment.

The Million Mind March

The music of inclusion in a place where ODD BALLS and peo-

ple who missed a step in society, fit neatly within a society that
celebrates individuals instead of a society that ostracizes you for
not fitting in properly.

How To Incite a Movement
People Who Start
Movements Are Charismatic
Leaders give people an outlet to express themselves.

Leaders validate people’s need to express themselves.

Leaders showcase other leaders in order to inspire non-leaders

to step up and to become leaders.

Leaders communicate a vision, more than they do a business

plan. Leaders unite. . . . . . non-leaders divide and see everyone
outside of them as the competition.

Leaders connect their followers to each other and true leaders

have a charisma that is not common to non-leaders.

The fallacy is that charismatic people make great leaders.

The mistake is to assume that only certain people can lead and
that only people WITH charisma can become WORLD chang-
ers. That fallacy is what weakens traditional organizations and
that fallacy is presumed that leaders are BORN, and not made.

Well, that’s a lie.

Page #28
How To Incite a Movement

The truth is that leadership ITSELF, makes you charismatic.

The truth is that anyone who dares to address the multitude is

charismatic FIRST by association to his or her own ambition to
stand.

You don’t need a resume. You don’t need the Guru to give you
permission. You don’t need to take a Dale Carnegie public
speaking course. You also don’t need to be BORN with some-
thing “extra” than everyone else.

ANYONE can lead and anyone who DARES to rise and to be-
come the vision and the voice of those not yet prepared to, be-
comes charismatic automatically by default.

LEADERSHIP is the art of giving people a platform to grow

and to express themselves. I dare you begin as anyone who
starts a movement does, simply by finding one single solitary
person who will pick up YOUR sword and fight what you be-
lieve in, with you.

I did. You can too.

Page # 29

The Million Mind March Community

Organizations That Seek Success Before
Commitment Can Never Be Movements
What happens in an “opportunity” is usually all about you. It’s usually about
how fast can you get paid and how fast you can “get people” and it’s all about
me, me, me and more about me.

And then there was Amway, or Avon, true movements that asked, “Will you be
at the meeting Wednesday” and “are you committed to the tape-of-the-month
club?”

Teams that seek “success” before commitment fail. History is rife with internet
programs that taught you how to brand you and how YOU could CAPTURE
more people to collect MORE of their rent money. Great.

Okay, so where are those organizations today? Gone. What lasts is shared ideals
and what lasts is people helping people. That is how Ghandi got 200 Million
people to join his Movement. The magic behind our movement is not what we
sell but rather how we sell what we sell. Which was also the defining secret be-
hind movements called STAR-BUCKS and Wal-Mart.

For a team to become a “movement” the team has to become “one” rather than
sub-cultures amongst itself competing against itself.

And for that to happen the vision has to exceed the organization itself and begin
to become an IDEAL larger than the team itself. That’s the magic.

When what you promote becomes an intangible FEELING unable to be meas-

ured by money, you then have what is considered bigger than what most people
can classify as an opportunity and you then becomes a movement!

Page # 30
How To Incite a Movement
Commitment and Consistency Builds
Empires, Not Widgets and Wallets
I knew that the many MLM companies would ultimately fail just as
the companies on main street have failed. But I also knew that man
would NOT fail himself, if you gave him an environment to prove
HIMSELF as a LAW unto himself.

In an industry that lures people with the promise of money, I asked

people a question, I asked, “WHO would you be and what will you
be without money; on your death bed during the days of your last
days on earth?” I DARED man to REVEAL himself.

And while I stunned them with such a jarring question, predicated

on the notion of eternity, I then asked them to PROVE themselves
to each other, by building little six inch tombstones, that read, “RIP:
Here Lies The Words I Can’t,”

From there, I asked for even more commitment and I asked people
to publicly explain, in detail, how they tricked and lied to them-
selves because in the end, their OWN words they could not trust
and I asked people to VOW to each other, that their own words,
from now on, would mean something. That’s all I did.

Page # 31

The Million Mind March Community

How To Incite a Movement
That was over five years and thousands and thousands people
ago. It’s interesting what you can do when you challenge the
status quo and ask people to STAND up for themselves in an
age where most people are in such a rush, that they forget to
take responsibility for WHERE they stand and for HOW LONG
they are able to stand still in one location.

It all comes down to self-integrity.

That’s what you teach and that is what Martin Luther King, Mu-
hammad Ali, Ben Franklin and George Washington sold. They
sold each other, rather they challenged other men, to remain
SOLID and STRONG, despite social despair, they challenged
each other to become MORE as a body of people together than
any one of them alone could be.

What I know, I know I know and what I know is that people are
good and if you give them terms and conditions to prove them-
selves as good, and that location helps them include others in an
atmosphere of good news, what you will end up with is a move-
ment of people that no man or money can ever stop or make
quiet. It won’t ever go away and you can rest easier because
what you have included others into is larger than a person and
has now become OF the people, FOR the people and because of
the people. As corny as that may sound, that is what I stand for.
