A. General Information
Project Title: Segregation Project
Target Community/Beneficiaries: Everyone in the Community
Community Background:
The area around the barangay floods even in moderate rains
Clogged canals caused by trash. Our project will ensure the trash wouldnt
clogged the canals
Our project is the simplest and easiest solution to the problem at hand. It will
depend, however, on the discipline of the participants
B. Objectives:
General Objective:
Our objectives are to prevent the canals from clogging, to educate the citizens of
the health hazards floods can do, involve the whole community in helping in the said project, to
make the community a green community.
Specific Objective:
Clean up the community
Prevent future health hazards
Eco-friendly community

Preparation:
During the floodings that
occurred around UST
recently, we noticed that
the drainage systems are
always clogged with trash
which contributed to, if not
the cause of, the floodings.
The simplest solution
would be to clean up the
canals and placing proper
segregation bins around
the area. The first step is to
ask for permission about
the said activity. Next is to

Activities:

A week after the clean-up
of the barangay, we would
revisit it and observe if the
citizens actually listened to
our warnings and
reminders. We will ask
random citizens regarding
the clean-up of the
previous week if they still
remember the reminders
that were given.
