The fourth edition of the International Conference on Systems and Control will be held on
2015, in Hammamet, Tunisia. The first edition was initiated by the late Prof. E.-K. Boukas and
was held in 2007 in Marrakesh. The second edition took place in Marrakech in 2012 and the
third in Algiers in 2013.
Hammamet is located at the vital north of Tunisia, Hammamet is the main destination for
tourists from around the world. Hammamet is clearly among the finest beach in North Africa.
The medina dates back to around 1500, when the Hafsids erected the present walls. The site
had earlier been an Aghlabid stronghold.
The conference ICSC2015 is intended as an international forum where an effective exchange
of knowledge and experience amongst active researchers in various theoretical and applied
areas of system and control can take place. Participation of engineers and other scientists
from industry is particularly welcome.
This event will provide the opportunity for worldwide researchers and practitioners to share
together the latest developments and new trends in systems and control. Both theoretical
and applied papers are welcomed for submission to this event. Keynote speeches are to be
conducted by well-known experts in systems and control.

Paper submission: The authors are invited to submit the full version of their manuscripts
online through the online paper submission:

Full papers should be submitted in standard IEEE double-column format for conferences. The
first page of the paper, centred on the top below the top margin, should include the paper
title, the authors' names and their affiliations, an abstract, and keywords. Six pages are
allowed for each paper. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by
the Program Chairs and the IPC.
