action and limit le#els for the specific project. These should all e presented here in detail and
summari5ed in the conclusions and recommendations section.
Compliances. non=compliances and e-ceedances must all e thoroughly e-plained. (n cases
of compliances. success factors must e cited. ,or non=compliances and e-ceedances. the
proponentAs response should e e-plained. !oreo#er. causati#e factors must e identified and
additional solutions and mitigation measures proposed. if needed.
