Narrative The above listed subject was arrested and arraigned before Village Justice Pignone
after patrol observed subject engaging in an argument. Patrol advised one subject
he was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Corey McGregor became upset and
combative and interfered with the investigation and resisted arrest after being
informed he was also under arrest for Obstructing Governmental Administration.
As he was resisting arrest, he shoved the arresting officer several times. McGregor
was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
