3. Post WW2 economic boom and social disintergration

During WW2 Australia had to establish manufacturing industries to produce wartime equipment and
supplies, as well as things which no longer could be imported.That same WW2 wartime male
generation mentioned above led the boom years of the 1950s, 1960s, and early 1970s..as well as a
large turn away from God. God's resultant judgment on that generation resulted in its offspring,
commonly called the Baby Boomers, being characterised by rebellion, greed, materialism, and self-
centredness. Mobility of labour in the boom commenced the destruction of traditional, close,
extended families.

Gough Whitlam's ALP Federal Government brought in large wage increases which effectively priced
Australian labour out of the labour market. Worse still he and his Attorney-General Lionel Murphy
put together and had passed into law a divorce act which was directly in rebellion to the words of
Jesus Christ in Matthew 19:3-6 and Mark 10: 10-12 :-

The Family Law Act 1975 that they brought into law destroyed the application of God's covenant
basis of marriage in Australia, by allowing divorce for any reason, under the guise of irreconcilable
differences and a 12 month separation, initiated by either partner. In so doing, that law, in truth,
converted God's covenant of marriage into a mere contract and "legalised" the act of adultery. The
Apostle Paul gave a very clear warning to the Galatians - " Do not be deceived, God is not mocked;
whatever a man sows, that he will also reap."(Galatians 6:7). Lionel Murphy died from cancer, with
his reputation in tatters. To this day Gough Whitlam blames Governor-General John Kerr for sacking
him as Prime Minister. God says n Isaiah 55: 11

That law of the Whitlam government has been in effect for some 38 years. I don't know of any
government that has tried to repeal it i.e. overturn it. That means that every government since the
one of Gough Whitlam is party to the operation of an unrighteous law. And how does the Church at
large in Australia treat that law? Does the Church operate in obedience to the words of Jesus our
Saviour and Redeemer or by an unrighteous law which is now a man-made tradition? We need to
repent, as individuals as appropriate, and then for both the Church and for all our federal
governments from and including the Gough Whitlam government.

The secular people of our nation treat adultery, sexual promiscuity before marriage, and
homosexuality, very lighty. God treats it very seriously and His judgments are wreaking havoc in the
social fabric of this nation. Our governments have laid down, in law, ages of consent for
heterosexual and homosexual relations. In reality these unrighteous laws declare that sexual
relations outside marriage, and homosexuality, are legal and acceptable behaviour over certain ages.
God calls both sin, and homosexuality an abomination.

Past Foreign Ministers and others, without godly spiritual discernment, have entered into hundreds
of unrighteous treaties and now, as a consequence, some of our laws defy and rebel against the
word of God.

Hundreds of thousands of our children are growing up apart from their natural fathers who have a
responsibility before God for them. And each child has a responsibility to honour their father and
their mother - a commandment with a promise. Please read Ephesians 6: 1-4 very carefully, and ask
yourself the question," What happens if they don't honour them?"

Where the above issues affect you as an individual please go before the Lord in repentance, and
then stand in the gap and repent for the Church and the nation.

4. The theory of evolution and abortion.

The land of Australia has been defiled by the shedding of innocent blood, both before the coming of
the white man, and after his coming. In recent decades it has been further defiled by every single
abortion, of the many hundreds of thousands, even millions of abortions, that have been performed
over that time. Only when human beings refuse to believe the Word of God, or the fact that there is
a loving, living, Omnipresent God who is involved in the creation of every child by natural means, can
abortion be falsely justified for the removal of an inconvenience.

If a person chooses to believe the false, totally unproven theory of eveolution - even that we
descended from apes - then it means that they deny Genesis Chapter 1 verse 1, namely, "In the
beginning God created the heavens and the earth." If they deny that verse then the rest of the Bible
- God's Maker's Manual for Man - is irelevant to them. Grant R. Jeffrey, Canadian author of "Creation
- Remarkable Evidence of God's Design" states on page 19 in the Introduction to his book:

One of the most influential writers who helped to establish the theory of evolution as the most
universally accepted truth of modern Western society was Aldous Huxley. Although Huxley often
presented the scientific reasons for believing in an accidental godless Universe that developed over
untold billions of years solely through random chance, the truth was that his underlying motivation
for rejecting the Bible's claim of divine creation was something quite different. In an article entitled
"Confessions of a Professed Atheist," Aldous Huxley was quoted as follows:

I had motives for not wanting the world to have meaning; consequently assumed that it had none,
and was able without any difficulty to find satisfying reasons for this assumption.For myself, as no
doubt, for most of my contempories, the philosophy of meaninglessness was essentially an
instrument of liberation. The liberation we desired was simultaneous liberation from a certain
political and economic system, and liberation from a certain system of morality. We objected to the
morality because it interfered with our sexual freedom.

In these days of medical science the detailed, finely tuned process of the growth of a new human
being from conception (beginning of life) over nine months to delivery at birth, is now well known
and accepted fact, which can be confirmed by ultrasound. There is no longer any excuse to believe
that what is being aborted is anything else, other than a living human baby. That makes the pre-
meditated killing of that baby what God calls the shedding of innocent blood i.e. murder.

Yet the ALP state governments of Victoria (2008) and Tasmania (2013) have pushed through
unrighteous laws to de-criminalise abortion in opposition to God and the truth of His word. Note
that each of those state governments were thrown out at the following state election. The ACT de-
criminalised abortion in 2002.

The pro-choice radical feminists of the ALP's Emily's List have in the past claimed that the decision to
have an abortion must only be made between the woman involved and her doctor. That is a bare-
faced sexist lie. Conception takes a man and woman to occur. The life of a human being begins at
conception. Motherhood begins at conception. Fatherhood begins at conception. For the man to be
excluded from the decision regarding abortion is part of the devil's plan to mock God and man, to
destroy fatherhood and create fatherlessness, of which we have copious amounts in this nation
today. Incidently, Julia Gillard was a founding member of Emily's List and her sexism rant at, and
abuse of Tony Abbott in our Federal Parliament when she was Prime Minister, was hypocrisy of the
highest order.

Needless to say there is much need here for our repentance - the false theory of evolution being
taught in our education institutions, the rejection of God, His creation and His word, the use of
murder in the womb to remove an inconvenience, unrighteous laws in relation to abortion, the
radical feminist mocking of man and his God-given authorityand however else the Holy Spirit
would have us repent.

On the subjects of same-sex marriage and surrogacy for same-sex couples, all I can say is that God
has not changed His mind.Way back then He declared that the act of homosexuality is an
abomination. That means same-sex marriage is an abomination, and surrogacy for homosexual
couples is an abomination. We need to repent for what is occuring in our nation in order to paint
homosexuality as a normal part of human existence, contrary to God's condemnation of it. And we
need to repent for the homosexual lobby's mocking of God by their use of God's special creation
after Noah's flood, the rainbow, as the symbol of their cause.
