Hendrick’s Recipes
PREPARATION
Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain through a
tea strainer into a warmed mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Blueberry Thyme
2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
¾ oz. Apple Juice
1 bar spoon blueberry & thyme jam
PREPARATION
Shake, double strain into a martini glass. Garnish: with sprig of Thyme
To make Blueberry & Thyme Jam: Heat sugar and water till sugar dissolves. Add 4 segments of
orange and 3-4 leaves of fresh thyme. Place blueberries in separate saucepan with 20ml balsamic
vinegar, heat and stir for 10 mins. Finally mix the two together in a mixing bowl, and store.
Bonnie Fizz
1 oz. Hendrick's Gin
5 blackberries
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. crème de mûre
Champagne
PREPARATION
Muddle the berries with the syrup. Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the
champagne and shake well with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice and fill with champagne. Top
with crème de mure. Garnish with a long slice of English cucumber.
British Spring Punch
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
¾ oz l fresh lemon juice
¾ oz elderflower
Champagne
1 oz crème cassis
red currants
PREPARATION
Shake together the Hendrick’s, lemon juice and elderflower with ice and pour into a sling glass.
Add more ice and top with champagne. Crown with crème de cassis and garnish with a wedge of
lemon and a handful of red currants.
PREPARATION
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a double old fashioned glass.
Mayfair Cocktail
2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
¾ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 slices English cucumber
PREPARATION
Prepare a martini glass by wetting the outside of the rim with lime, then dab it carefully in the
mixture of kosher salt and dried thyme to "frost" the rim of the glass with the flavour. Assemble
the first four ingredients and one slice of cucumber in a mixing glass with ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of English Cucumber.
Night Nurse
1½ oz. Hendrick's Gin
¾ oz. Kahlua
¼ oz. White Crème de Menthe
PREPARATION
Stir well and then strain into chilled martini glass. Add a lemon twist spray and then discard.
Garnish with coffee beans.
PREPARATION
Assemble ingredients in a mixing glass with as much love and interest that is healthy (that is to
say not in a obsessive fashion but certain passionate and perhaps as if you were preparing the
drink for someone you respect, admire and love in a plutonic fashion) – no need to muddle the
mint, just throw it in- shake properly (hard) and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
Cut a thinly sliced lime wheel and place on top of the Punch and Judy; add a hearty sprinkle of
ground nutmeg directly on the lime wheel fresh from the “nut” with a small grater of using
already ground nutmeg from a small shaker.

Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain
through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel and a spiral of
lemon on the rim of the glass.
Spring Tao
1¼ oz. Hendrick's Gin
1¼ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. simple syrup
4 small pieces fresh rhubarb
PREPARATION
Muddle the rhubarb and the simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the remaining
ingredients and shake well with ice and tea strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with
rhubarb stick.
Strawberry Jive
2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
2 basil leaves
4 mint leaves and a mint sprig
2 strawberries
¾ oz. simple syrup
a couple dashes fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh orange juice
PREPARATION
Muddle the mint, strawberries and basil leaves in the bottom of a mixing glass with the syrup.
Add the remaining ingredients except the mint sprig garnish and shake well with ice. Strain into
an ice filled rocks glass garnish with mint sprig.

Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain
through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel and a spiral
of orange on the rim of the glass.
The Barbie
2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
¾ oz. Rhubarb Puree
½ oz. Vanilla Syrup
½ oz. Gooseberry Syrup
PREPARATION
Method: Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish: with a gooseberry.
